How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Comfortable big room. Rich breakfast with local specialties, drinks selection. Safe parking, easy access by car, nonstop reception. Fast Internet.

We enjoyed stay in this hotel and restaurant serving mainly local food and wine. Spa was brilliant after long journey. Hotel parking has two charging ports for EV, I found it very convenient.

We booked a Suite and it was really very confortable with its own entrance and terrace. The restaurant was very good. The 2nd time it was Grill dinner, which it was also very good. The breakfast was very well presented and wide range of sweets.

Paying 6 EUR per day per car for parking is adequate, but having to pay additional 200 CZK for just two hours of charging is bordering on robbery, especially in our case where we the charging is slow at just 3.7 kW. It would be more appropriate to charge actual consumption. Despite the breakfast being until 10am, one morning the staff seemed eager to prepare the tables for lunch, clearing the tables even when people were just getting a refill - ending up in twice having food ready to be eaten going to the bin. Not really customer oriented, or sustainable, as for the food-waste. The front desk staff was not overly knowledgeable about places to go and eat, it's more efficient to google options yourself. A water cooker and some paper napkins in the room would have been appreciated.
The infrastructure is really nice, up to the standard. The breakfast buffet is adequate and parking was available. The family room with two separate rooms that can be merged through a door is convenient, having two toilets and showers. The air conditioning is working efficiently. The spa area is quite nice, too.

At first we got a room at ground floor near the elevator and was not cleaned properly (dust on some places). We asked to exchange it and got on 1st floor that had a bad smell. At the end we got OK room, but with 2 separate bed (I was travelling with my wife as a gateway weekend, it was a downside). Staff was friendly in this situation, but still without some proactivity (e.g. excuse for this unpleasant room situation, give a free drink, or whatever). On the other hand, we got a great suggestion where to eat great Pork leg MaxWilliam (https://g.page/Maxwilliamcz?share) and all compliments to that. Hotel is at the edge of the city, no green around, just buildings.
Breakfast was good, staff friendly. We had a dinner in there and it was well prepared, portion was big enough. Room is small but enough for 2 days stay (do not see this hotel for more than a weekend visit). Bathroom is small and for me nice detail is a shower that has a glass towards the room and bed. Bed is OK, not the best one I slept in, still nothing to complaint. Massage was pretty good and affordable.

Swimming pool is part of the wellness so you need to pay extra (price per person). Parking is also paid extra. To be fair both those information are included in detail description.

The breakfast was well presented with lots of choices and delicious. The staff were also very attentive in keeping the buffet clean and plentiful. Our room was very comfortable. Loved the shower. The hotel is handicap friendly providing both parking and the elevator.

Some minor issues. The room safe did not work in both rooms. Some yellow spots the shower
We especially liked the welness area (pool) and breakfast. Personel was friendly without exception. The hotel have a private parking and an outside terras. It is a good base to explore the region.

No lift from parking. The pool is open since 10 AM - 10 PM. You have to pay for entry to pool with close saunas (saunas are open only since 4 PM - 10 PM)
Very good breakfast with prosecco and very nice restaurant. Modern hotel with friendly staff, close to city center.
