We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe were there in colder weather, so with the windows closed, there was no noise from the road. I could see in the summer how there would be road noise if the windows had to remain open for a breeze. The hotel does provide ear plugs.
The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of Pilzen. The parking is easy and convenient. The room was very large and very clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Pilzen.

NorwayHotel did not have elevator which was slightly unpractical with carrying luggage. Otherwise nothing, I would come back and recommend the hotel to others.
Very practical and “all you need” hotel room. Very clean and modern facilities. Booked a single room, which was small but still had everything needed. Also great service and location rigth by the town square. Great selection and breakfast and even possibility to ask for preferred eggs prepared and coffe or tea served.

During morning we were suprised with breakfast, there was bunch of food for a choice, tasting awesome. I really recommend stay in this hotel. I will come back.

BrazilThe hotel is very well located, within walking distance from the Pilsen Urquell factory, the restaurant is one of the best we’ve been to and the prices are very reasonable. The room is well-decorated and sparkling clean. The highlight of our stay were the people who work there. They exceeded our expectations in every count. We’ve been lots of places in Brasil, North-America, The Caribbean, and Europe and the only place we got a similar service was in another family owned hotel: Villas el Encanto in Cozumel.

United StatesHotel Rango is located just a few minutes walk from Republic Square which was perfect for us because we were only visiting for a couple of days but were able to see so many interesting places. The hotel is elegant and the room was attractive and comfortable; breakfast was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Pilsen is a really cool and interesting place, and we will definitely return and stay at Hotel Rango.
