We had a small problem with self-check-in, but sometimes everything goes harder when it is for the first time :-). We would definitely return to this residence and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice appartments, modern, clean, safe, spacious, fully equipped with everything what you could need. Our kids loved it here. In the building is supermarket so you can buy there whatever you want, also restaurant and take away pizzeria. There is a parking garage on site and parking is safe. Very close to the historical centre, just across the street, with plenty of perfect traditional restaurants, breweries and pubs.

the accommodation has the best location. The cleanliness is really high. The road is right next to it and the windows are so good that you can hear absolutely nothing. I recommend it to everyone.

Qe loved everything about the property. It was spacious, conveniently located, well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. There was even a separate closet in the form of a separate room.

if the concierge is not at the desk, checking in is a nightmare as the instructions are difficult to follow. Fortunately after a 10 min wait, she turned up.

Super apartments in a good location. The bus stop to Hluboká nad Vltavou castle is less than a five-minute walk from the apartments. Good restaurants are right in front. Very close to the city center. The apartment itself is very clean, big, and fully furnished and equipped. The check-in process is better done through the app because the self-check-in machine in place is not user-friendly.

Great room, with an amazing feeling level of comfort. You are near the center, and there is cheap park onsite. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor. We came for one night and immediately decided to extend our stay to enjoy the confort.

The arrival instructions are a bit vague. What they should say is that they will send a QR code for the parking if arriving by car. Go straight to the parking station then take the lift to the ground floor before unloading to check-in and get the secure apartment cards that will give you access to the secure apartment lift. Then go to your car for luggage and direct access to the secure lift from the parking station. The automated check-in kiosk is a pain in the butt but luckily we arrived during office hours and the staff checked us in . The apartments come with a trip and low beam warning. There is a lot of form over function and it seems that the build didn't take function in to account. Lots of power outlets but generally in the wrong location. Eg. One in the toilet but none near a laptop user space. . We had to ask for a power extension cable to use the laptop at the dining table. No desk for the laptop to work. This is a beautifully repurposed building so the main hallway has steps up and over old timber beams so dragging suitcases to the apartment is difficult. Can't imagine being in a wheelchair. Perhaps ramps over the beams may have been a better solution. Taking the access key when leaving the apartment turns off the refrigerator and possibly the dishwasher. .our apartment had a skylight window but no blind which may be an issue mid summer. Although this seems to be a number of issues we would definitely stay here again it is just silly that someone didn't think about usability when designing and building this beautiful place.

The apartment was modern, clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was functional. Superb location and great parking. Very handy supermarket on the ground floor and easy walk to the town market square with lots of excellent restaurants and cafés. Excellent heating and air conditioning. Great lighting and excellent sized apartment. The staff are onsite Monday to Friday during office hours and are super helpful. Check out was easy. Good secure access to the apartments.

Everything was perfect!

Amazing property! We enjoy this place so much that we extended our stay. Location is perfect. Excellent service, they were always ready to respond to our request. Having a washer machine was a plus. Apartment is large and comfortable. Every morning we would open the windows to listen to the birds and street noise. Once you close the windows you wouldn’t hear anything from the outside. You will certainly love this place! God willing, we will come back next year !

The accommodation was absolutely outstanding and it had everything we needed. I really liked the self checkin and checkout, it was so seamless and fast! The beds were extremely comfy, great bathroom, I appreciated the free toiletries package which came in handy. The location was perfect and we loved having a grocery store (Billa) right downstairs. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay here again when we visit in the future!
