We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandA wonderful, quiet hotel where we felt at home. The apartment is very clean, very spacious, equipped with everything you need for life and relaxation. The hotel's location is wonderful, between the forest and the park, a short walk from the city center. Breakfasts were very tasty and plentiful. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you for a wonderful short holiday :)

United StatesThe beds were not comfortable. Mattrass is hard and uncomfortable, and pillows are not of a good quality. Also, to have blackout (or more heavy) curtains in the bedrooms would be a huge improvement (especially in rooms facing east and south!!), to block the light early in the morning.
Staff, location, rooms, breakfast - all was excellent. Very friendly staff, great room service and cleaning daily, large rooms. Delicious breakfast. I will certainly return and will recommend La Passionaria to friends.

SloveniaIn description they say that the property has outdoor furniture, terrace, garden etc. Three photos also show nice garden but this was not the case. Only some damaged garden chairs, table and umbrella were there. We expected higher quality and broader selection of food at breakfast, especially more fruits and vegetables. Carpets on the staircase were stained and damaged.
The hotel is small, quiet and on good location, 10 minutes from center. The appartment is big and comfortable with large room and bathroom. Kitchen is quite well equipped, only obe or two small cooking pots and salad bowl are missing. Free parking is possible on site. Receptionists nice ans helpful.

United StatesThe beds were not very comfortable - too hard, pillows are not the best. Also, it would be great to have a washer and a drier somewhere in the hotel!
Location, staff, breakfast, room. Wonderful staff, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms of good size, quiet area, we felt at home. Very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly, especially at the reception, and cleaning ladies, especially Lena.

The double apartment is very spacious and bright, with a large terrace, very clean. The breakfasts were very good. A big plus for the kindness and smile of the staff. Czech RepublicThe main thing that I did not like was the beds which were very hard and not comfortable.
The location is great, this hotel is walking distance to the beautiful Ferdinand Fountain and park, it is not far from the center and Kolonada area. I recommend the massages and treatments from their spa. The breakfast was very good.

Czech RepublicPillows were too soft. They filled the gap between twin beds, which is thoughtful but it created a small bump which bothered me. It wasn't a big issue, though.
Breakfast (Continental) was great. Location is amazing as it's very quiet and close to forest. There are also other nice architecture close by so it's nice to walk around. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacey, it was a studio. We had two balconies. View was beautiful too. Room was clean. There was everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. We didn't have a chance to use spa services as we only stayed there one night. There was no time.

IsraelWhen it's hot, the lack of AC should be a problem. But in September you do not need it.
The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, variety of food and good coffee. Location is very quiet, hiking routes start right across the road. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to front desk manager Thomas, who helped us a lot, including arranging of PCR test.

NetherlandsWhen paying during check-out, a mistake was made in entering the correct amount, this resulted in too much money being withdrawn from my account. The hotel admitted their mistake and then arranged for the amount to be back in my account 'immediately'. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I had to wait more than a week until I got the money back! It was a stupid mistake by the staff! So people pay attention when paying for hotel room, whether the amount (in Czech crowns) is correct!
