Nothing to complain about really. There were some issues with the airconditioning, but the staff even came to our room to advice that they were fixing a general problem even without us compaining. As a comment we did not understand the size of the elevators for such a top-notch establishment? Here they should have invested just a little bit more to be perfect!

A really top-class option in Jicin. We had booked the Suite and had some expectations, but they were really overdone by this wonderful establishment. The hotel seems quite new and has very high standards. The breakfast was superb always overlooked and acompanied by friendly efficient staff. We would definitely like to come back to what was also a surprisingly beatiful city.

Loved our stay! ❤️the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Nice view from the window. Kids loved the playroom. We loved the restaurant, breakfast and the most caring staff I have ever met in the Czech Republic. Kudos to their customer focus and proactivity!

We had a huge bedroom on the 10th floor with an amazing panorama of the surroundings. The bathroom was really comfy with extra goods (e.g. toothpaste) you may have forgotten, also aimed at children. The beds were comfy. There were many different items at breakfast and I especially enjoyed the freshly brewn coffee. Staff at the reception and in the breakfast room/ restaurant was warmhearted

We liked the friendly and accommodating staff, in particular, Honza, Anna, and Valentina who all went out of their way to help us with any questions, queries, or requests we had, especially in regard to motorcycle security and travel to Prachovske Skaly. The reception staff were as was one of the owners a pleasure to interact with and made our trip all the more enjoyable because of it. The room was well appointed and very clean and modern with a lovely bathroom. The location from the town centre was excellent, far enough away that it was quiet and close enough to walk in for a drink or a meal.

only one EV charger working (out of 2) for a massive hotel; no vegan options for dinner in the restaurant nor knowledge about vegan meals;

car park with Ev charger (our choice of accommodation was purely based on EV charger availability in the area), huge room, kettle and fridge, spacious private bathroom, nice and clean, bed comfy, nice and helpful staff, great communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you :)

One little thing, the water in the hotel is the hard water with calcium. That makes the water taps in the bathroom worn out pretty fast.

The hotel itself is pretty comfortable. it has garage with monitoring. It’s location enables walking to the center of Jicin. Also you have direct access to aqua park from the hotel.

There is a little bit of problem with how the air conditioning works during the night. When we were using the night mode, I could barely breath, so I started to turn it off and open windows in there. Beds are very firm, so for my problems with my back, it wasn't the best option.

I reccomend to use sauna and massages in the hotel. They are amazing. I also like breakfast there. There is a lot of options for everybody. I am lactose intolerant and I hotel had a lot to offer. I love it that I could also have coffee to go. I just love the reception there. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

Bright and comfortabel rooms, the excellent breakfast, the very good location (400 meters from the center of Jicin, with a beautiful bike- or walk-road to the center) and above all the very enthusiastic and friendly young staff. We are recommending the hotel to our friends now.
