The location was. great, walking distance to the most important Tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend when in Prague.

Apartment is obviously owned by a company with a number of properties. The power went in the building meaning we could not access our room via the code/box entrance method which is electrical based. We rang the number provided and the person did not want to know of our problem. We had a flight to catch and had to collect our belongings in the room. Agent did not care of our urgency, and hung up a number times. Had to call back too many times. Power came back on eventually (luckily). No chance we would have made the flight if we were to be left in the hands of the agent.

Incredible location, overlooking the Charles Bridge. Street outside the apartment has steps straight onto the Charles Bridge. Very easy to just look out the window and look at one of the main attractions of Prague. Room was very clean with a comfy bed and nice facilities. Bars and Restaurants all nearby within walking distance. Perfect place to stay as a base for visiting tourist attractions in the centre of Prague. Probably one of the best city locations with a view we have stayed in.

There is no enough toilet paper and we did not know how to get more. Also there is only a bath tub, there is no holder for the shower, so it was not convenient to wash hair, requiring manually holding the shower. Strongly suggest the owner can consider to install a holder for the shower.

The location is perfect, at the end of the Charles Bridge. Very convenient to go to old town or the castle via 10-15 minute walk.

The desk did not have a chair.; there were only lounge chairs. There were no coat hangers in the room. There was no soap provided..

As it was a hot day the conditioner would've been n ice.

Really good location. Nice hotel with outstanding inside features. Comfortable bed and room itself. We stayed for one night so we didn't need much.

Hospitality, values and H&S violation 1. Check in required additional activities on external source. 2. We were given different room than booked and paid, we have 340 Eur/ night for the room with river view and regular window view, it was shown as a difference on booking. The other room was cheeper by 50 Eur, and was exactly the room we were given, so we took more expensive option to ensure view and room. 3. Stuffy, gloomy and smelly room, with disabled AC, on attic, this room is impossible to exist in a hot day. The temp inside room was 28 Celsius degrees. In addition the air supply was covered by dust and all terrible dirt. 4. Inability to open a window, one window view on cooling units, and two tiny wholes in a roof. 5. Loud, very old and dirty cooling units 6. Very unpleasant people on other side, difficulties with contact during stay,actually no one cares. 7. I trust the hospitality is totally against the booking values 8. This place is violation to safety rules

We got room no. 6, it's the last 3rd floor without an elevator. A room with tiny windows where nothing can be seen, like in a prison. I recommend finding out which room you get because the entire hotel does not have an elevator and it is very difficult to climb the stairs. Unfortunately, the pictures are incorrect. Living in a room with windows like a prison really does not justify taking a hotel that calls itself River View Residence by Charles Bridge

Room number 6 on the 3rd floor in this hotel without an elevator is not suitable for life.

Great location on the castle side of the bridge. Beds were really comfortable and the room well furnished. Small fridge and kettle provided made the stay convenient.

We were unsatisfied with how the apartment looked compared to the pictures online, as it didn’t look alike. The communication with the staff happens mainly over messages on booking, as they don’t answer the phone and there is no one physically at the reception. We were awaiting 40 minutes to get to the apartment and when we realised we were missing towels (we only had 2 small towels, not for the hair or face/hands), we asked for them right away and received a reply the evening we left.

Although the property is in a very central location, it’s quite and affordable.
