there is a comon bathroom and tiolet in one room for 3 rooms so if someone take a shower you can´t go to the toilet.

Little privacy as the walls are very thin. Every turn in bed in the neighboring room was audible. Different sleep rhythms of 3 rooms must be taken into account.

Hard to catch the moment on roomdoor between the code entering and a key turn.

Very nice location in the center of the Old Town. Good security, detailed instructions about accommodation. Large clean well equipped kitchen united with living room. Convenient bed, enough storage space.

The rooms were not 100% clean. There was a lot of dust behind our bed and behind the nightstand. The little communal fridge was dirty, same with the communal microwave and the bathroom was also not 100% clean. As far as I remember there was no pictures of how small the room was going to be or that the bathroom was communal. The towels were very hard (as if they were washed but not softened for the public). Also they didn’t smell good. The sinks in the bathrooms were uncomfortably small. Not big enough to wash your face and not make a mess of the bathroom. There is a lot to improve on the property. There was no mirror on the room, so you had to use the communal bathroom to do your makeup or dry your hair.

The location was awesome. The staff nice enough.

Perfect location, 100 meters from city center, clean room and sanitary spaces. Easy check in/check out. My recommendation as a non-expensive accommodation in Brno with very-very center location.

Noise from the restaurant downstairs (we did not care but it can be frustrating for others). Kitchen is not well equipped for someone who wants to cook. It is hot during summer on the top of the building.

Great location, in the middle of the city and very close to the train station and supermarket. Great rooms with a shared living room and bathroom. Ideal for a group of friends.

Well, one of the bed just broke after sitting on it few minutes, so my sleeping comfort was over. The light, heating in the room, heating in the kitchen and in the bathroom was all automated with no instruction how to use them. The heater in the room was working, so it was quite cozy to stay there, but in the kitchen and in the bathroom was very cold as we could not figure out how to switch on the heating. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The location was perfect as it is located right in the center of the historical town, close to all amenities and also to the main train station.

Very basic room, not even a mirror. I paid the same price for an apartment in another city and had ensuite room, a TV and kitchenette. This is more like a hostel with a shared bathroom.

The bathroom is big enough, but the shower could be bigger. There's no elevator, which is fine by me, but the elderly may have a hard time getting up. Also, I don't mind, but there's a pub in the basement, and those who come out to smoke are loud.

Great location, in the heart of the city. Rooms, bathroom and kitchen are clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

There are some aspects regarding cleanliness that should be improved. It's not an inviting place (older furniture, too big wardrobe for the room size, mediocre cleanliness) to spend a longer period, but for a weekend, especially coming by train as we did, it was quite convenient.

I liked the location, very close to the train station and the center of Brno, the easy check in /out procedures and the good price. It's nice and practical to have breakfast /brunch in the hipster place situated in the same courtyard.

Great location directly in the city center. Simple but clean rooms, clean shared bathroom and simple but large Business Room with small kitchen counter. The Bath and Business-Room are shared amongst all 3 rooms (they are separately lockable)
