I don't speak Czech, so the check-in was a bit bumpy for me because the conversation couldn't be conducted in English or German. There is certainly still room for improvement when it comes to staff training in foreign languages. 🙏🙏 Nevertheless, I felt in good hands thanks to the honest kindness shown to me and my 🐾🐾

The room for this price was amazingly big, it was super clean and the matress were extremly comfy for me. I liked it. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient. A pet friendly hotel which I appreciated most. THANKS a lot! 💖

The breakfast area was cramped and the food not replenished. The walls are very thin.

Great room. We were really impressed by the room. Our biggest concern was the hardness of the beds. But an overall good deal and a great place to stay at a great price.

The hotel decor is traditional which is fine but some of the areas in the hotel need better lighting. Restaurant area and corridors are dim with automatic lighting which turns on slowly!!

Great location. Fantastic restaurant and modern bar at the property. This is typical Czech local town hotel. Clean, efficient, friendly staff and excellent kitchen. Ask for Robert…. he is a Czech version of Gordon Ramsay without the bad language!

It’s a traditional Czech establishment and old fashioned in presentation. The lighting needs upgrading as it’s a bit dim and dark in some of the public areas.

Breakfast is not fun. The woman taking care of breakfast seemed determined to make as much noise as possible, slamming plates together and it was same on both mornings I was there. The scrambled eggs have been commented on by enough reviewers already and the coffee is a disaster but the biggest problem I had with the hotel is that I didn't really get to sleep. There was a larger family staying in the hotel and my room was next to one of theirs and there was a lot of door slamming and children playing in the corridor in front of my room until midnight. And at six o'clock in the morning, it started all over again. This is maybe not really the fault of the hotel (they could have put me somewhere else though) but I was exhausted after two days stay.

The location is great, right on the main square in Chomutov. The staff at the reception were also very friendly to me. I felt welcome there. The price was also very fair.

acces system doesn´t work. Anytime we get back to the room we needed to ask receptionist to go with us to open us the door. Our room windows was too close to the outside aircondition units which made too much noise and distrub during the night. There was missing soap in the shower, but mentioning it to receptionist they solved it quickly. Breakfast was in low value (cheapest bread, etc..)

The evening receptionist was not qualified as well as dressed poorly. The service expected was higher and did not meet the expectations. The bed was "squeaking" a lot. The room cards did not work, so every time we wanted to enter room, we had to bring someone from reception with us.

The location is perfect. The furniture and its style is nice and interesting. The main receptionist during the day was perfect. Breakfast was pretty good.

The beds didn't feel nearly as comfortable as they looked and the TV on the side of the bed doesn't really make much sense. Bathroom fixtures could use a bit of attention where connections to the wall are. The friendly receptionist tried her best in the morning to keep everyone happy, but there were no other staff. Since she she was completely alone to handle the reception and breakfast (and possibly other stuff), after five minutes of waiting for checkout, we left the door card and departed.

Nice little hotel right on the main square. We parked right in front of the building, since it is free parking every weekend after noon on Saturday. Very fancy room decor, felt almost like a castle. Really liked the furniture and overall style. The bathtub was certainly welcome after a long day. Great breakfast the next morning, with excellent selection of tasty food.
