We arrived in the late afternoon. We asked for parking place in front of the hotel and it was waiting for us just a step from the front door 👍(extra 15€/one day) The receptionist acomodated us into larger room, so kids had their own room. The suite was fantastic, old but well preserved and furnished. A lot of towels and a fantastic shampoo. Breakfast was great, a lot for every taste, coffee could be better. Dining room is quite small, when we entered, we couldn't sit together, but instantly one older couple switced places with us. Lady in the dining room was running all the time up and down and took care for the buffet, so it was all the time full. 😉

Great location, nice and cozy room, the staff are really helpful and friendly, breakfast is good. Hotel is good for those who travel with baby, there is elevator and no high stairs.

Perfect breakfast!!! Nice staff. Nice and practical room. Beautiful location! I enjoyed my stay so much. There was everything close enough, including forrest for a stroll, still not very noisy surroundings.

The only thing I can think of was that the economy room had view to the balcony of another room but we couldn't access the outside area.

The location of the hotel is right in the center, strong WiFi, friendly and helpful woman in the reception, rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was very nice with some different options every day. Parking is available outside the hotel buy reservation or around 200 m away at a public parking for 9 euros a night. Fast check in process.

Hard to find parking space. Our room was a bit cold. The elevator is really tiny. We managed with our super small baby stroller, but with a bigger one it would be a challenge. Breakfast room was really growded in the morning.

Super friendly stuff. The man who welcomed us showed me different rooms and let me to choose which one is most comfortable with the baby. The room was really spacious! Location is excellent.

Nothing to complain!

I´ve been on a motorcycle trip throughout Czech Republik and this premise was my second stay. I booked for parking directly in front of the hotel - everything worked out good in this respect - the extra-fee was also decent. The Hotel itself, though a little dated, was in good shape - especially my room was very nicely equipped in an old fashioned "baroque"-style - beautiful! The view out of my window was directly to the famous Grand Hotel "PUPP" - which I thought I´ll book in the first place, but lateron didn´t want to afford it just for one night! Anyway - Breakfast at the "Saint Petersburg" was good and nicely served, the beautiful City of "Karlsbad" was just around the corner and one could explore it on foot. So really everything worked nicely during my stay!

Our room didn't have any view, was facing another building and balcony of next room. We didn't mind as we didn't stay in the room for long, but if our stay would be longer, I would request a room with a better view. Hotel restaurant and bar was closed during our stay.

Easy to find, parking outside the hotel on the street. Massive size room. Comfortable bed. Quiet during the night. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful, recommended restaurants and places to visit, and when noticed it was my birthday presented me with a bottle of sekt. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Smaller hotel, but furnished in grand style worth of Karlovy Vary. Just across from Pupp Hotel. The only minus was a broken elevator. We reserved a spot for our car in front of the hotel. All parking in the city is paid anyway, so I suggest reserving a place in advance.
