There is no one on a desk after 9. Thankfully I had noticed this in previous reviews and late check in was explained in advance. Just to be aware and ask for this info if you might be late (I was on a delayed train, so a last minute change to arrival time). I'm also unsure what would happen if you had an issue in the hotel after 9pm and needed to speak to someone.

The staff were very helpful with any query I had. The room and bathroom were a very good size although dated compared to the photos. Walkable to the centre of Brno and train station, suited me for where I needed to go in Brno but might be a little far out for some. Tasty breakfast and staff were constantly refreshing it

The guests should be informed in advance, that they have to pay a local tax in cash.

The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the strict center of Brno, so you can also see other part of the city. There was no problem with parking availability. The breakfast is basic, but fresh and tasty. The place is good as a base for a day trip out of the city by car.

Very loud! You can hear everything trough the walls, especially trough the room door. Trams did not bother me, but you can hear them too. The bathrom had hairs on the wall, and the door knob was broken there (pointy, injury hazard)

Location is good, breakfast was nice both mornings, restaurant is really clean even in the busiest hour. Staff made our stay simple and easy. Parking is free and safe. Bed is really comfy, room is big.

Shower without doors, not a bathtub. The only table where you can work has a large TV above it, which takes up most of the table.

Checkout at 11:00 would make it the perfect stay.

Free parking was available on site. The location is relatively close to the city center. The staff was nice and helpful. Good breakfast. The restaurant overall has very nice food.

Location is very central. A few minutes walking to down town. Breakfast was exceptional. Selection was limited, but everthing was really good quality.

A little shabby rooms but in general clean and totally ok. The staff could have been more welcoming, especially at the breakfast.

Hotel cannot affect the busy road nearby, sometimes it was busy with trans and ambulances as next to the hotel is a hospital and around two more. The light in the bathroom didn't work, I'm sure men wouldn't mind but for me it was a bit difficult to put my makeup on....and there were few black hair in my sheets, that can happen - it looked nice and clean so i suppose they dropped from cleaner...however it wasn't nice surprise.

It's located very close to the centre (walkable in less than 20 mins), good access with trans, the hotel isn't overly big, it was actually kind of calm. Downstairs is restaurant which seemed nice, but i didn't visit except for the breakfast which was basic but very tasty.

very poor ceiling light, the radiator in the bathroom was partially worn and rusty, only tepid water flowed, instead of the promised view of the river there was only a worksite and diggers, currently there is quite a lot of building work nearby
