It can get quite warm during the hot summer days and there is no air conditioner in the room. The fan was a little helpful though. The toilet is separate from the bathroom but I guess this is how most of the houses are built in Czech Republic.

The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with parking spots on the street, not too far from the city center. We actually used only the public transportation to visit the city. We found everything we needed inside the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. All facilities were working properly. It is not a luxury room and we didn't expect this. The furniture was pretty old, the walls were not spotless, one window was stuck and couldn't be opened, but it felt safe and a good place to crash after a long day. We didn't meet the landlord, so the deposit was not collected. We took the keys from the coded safe at the entrance.

We've booked top floor appartment, to get there we had to climb very steep stairs just before reeaching the door. With luggage, it wasn't easy , I would say it wouldn't be possible at all for people with physical impairment. We had some problems with getting the keys- they were hiden in the box closed with code, We've been provided with the code but couldn't open it according to the instructions received so I describe it for future reference :) - after setting up the code you need to press down the small black lever and pull towards yourself in the same time ;) clear instruction next to boxes would be useful.

Apartment was very nice, everything we needed was there (kitchen, big bathroom), we could go to terrace as well. Very comfortable beds! Great view from the terrace. Easy access to city centre- there is tram number 9 stop (Otokara Sevcika) not far, you can use it to get to Old town. In Brno I recommend to visit Old town and Spilberk but also Brno dam (prehrada) which is not very well known but beautiful - you can get boat trip there for example to the castle Veveri. You will get to the dam using tram number 1 or 3 from the city center to Přístaviště.

We did not get the parking space that we requested. The apartment is located on the ground floor, everyone can see inside. Furthermore, the building is positioned next to a busy road, which causes a lot of noise, even at night.

I would strongly recommend. We had apartment 5. It is large, everything inside is new including a sophisticated lighting system where the colour and intensity of the lights can be adjusted. There is a nice roof terrace with table and chairs. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of hot water.
