There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room . The food in the evening , although plentiful, was not as good as at breakfast.

The lady on reception was especially warm and helpful , even though English wasn't her first language, and the slightly bald man in the restaurant was a lot of fun. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of choice and I enjoyed trying things that I wouldn't have at home. The building is beautiful and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony that overlooked the cathedral The bed was very comfortable and the linens felt of a high quality

What an absolute gem. Not really a place visited by Brits but wow it should be. Amazing hotel in a beautiful place. Staff were lovely. Hopefully will be able to visit again.

Great staff, very welcome and helpful. Beautiful villa, with nice and super cozy rooms. Simple but clean and relaxing saunas and pool. Breakfast and dinners were rich and delicious. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The villa is located near the park and the city center, not far from the bus station. Totally recommend visiting.

The spa area steam room didn’t produce much steam The breakfast was great for my boyfriend but I requested that they have oat milk for me ahead of time and they only supplied soy(which I am allergic to. The parking lot of the hotel had a broken drain cover that hit the bottom of our car and the buzzer to open the gate was broken so every time we want to take the car we had to make an extra trip downstairs to the lobby. The staff didn’t seem to worry about fixing the problem. The dining rooms are very out dated

Everything exceed our expectations. The only suggestion I could make is that the water on the pool could be warmer.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nice, very well located in a beautifully mantained old villa. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The spa, the pool and the sauna were amazing!!!. We had a great time and the only bad thing was that we couldnt stay longer. Staff was very kind and helpful.

We couldn't sleep that great, because you can hear everything is happening behind the windows and in hotel. You can here showers and if anyone upstairs flashing the restroom. Cold swimming pool, it says it is 27C, but honestly feels like 17C.

It is a very nice hotel. Friendly stuff and delicious food. We had breakfasts and dinners, both were all you can eat. Spa is gorgeous. Great location, easy to get anywhere.

The parking situation is not good. We arrived at the hotel and it was full. We had to park at the bus/train station. Also little bad smell in the bathroom (drain). But altogether this hotel is very nice.

Nice hotel with access to the pool, sauna… located in the nice area of the town. Breakfast was lovely. It was self service in a Buffet as well as the dinner. Staff very nice.

The staff was so nice and accommodating!! I made a mistake and have booked a day before our actual need of accommodation, but we have been given a room without a extra charge. We had a room with balcony and view over the town. It was spotless clean and comfortable. The breakfast block table had abundance of food for every taste. They offer Lunch and diner at very acceptable prices.

The hotel was really clean. The spa is wonderful and super clean. The staff was super nice but especially the older gentleman on the reception ( he is usually there all day ) he was super helpful and really nice. The food was delicious 😋. over all I have nothing negative to say.
