The room has a vintage décor, but everything was very clean. The only minus - beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable.

Compared to last time (booking the same room), we got really small and weirdly situated room 😅 smudges on the wall, table standing in the way awkwardly. Dunno 🤷... maybe some rooms are just better than others but this one was designed by a moron. The coffee ☕️ is terrible as per usual in the breakfast area. Not recommended. No lactose free options.

The location and spa facilities are great. I love the breakfast area and staff is always friendly. 🙏 Rooms are always clean and u feel nice.

Parking was a little expensive for the underground garage section.

3 hour access for hotel guest to Thermal Spa was very good. Also could be extended for only 200 czk. Room I on 4th floor had good views of the city. Liked the 8 different types of Sauna.

The hotel did not offer neither one bottle of water, indeed the freezer at the room was completely empty. If you want something, you need to down until the bar. For a hotel of this size I was expecting at least a bottle of water in the room.

Our stay was amazing, it was a weekend to enjoy the thermal baths. The room was exactly was described, clean and spacious. The staff was very gentile, the location super, and the breakfast very good, with many options. The thermal bath is amzing, and even being a cold weekend, it was not full. Recommend!

Room is nowhere near being soundproof - we could hear loud TV from the room next door every day. Staff is a big minus. Cleaning lady knocked on the door and without even waiting for “Come in” went right inside. Receptionist in Saunia was rude and spoke only in russian to me, even after I asked to address me in Czech.

Saunia and outside pool were the highlights of my stay. Big room and view over the city was wonderful.

The gym was a disappointment. It's VERY basic and small. Also, it's cold there (19°C), which, as they told me, is necessary for the air circulation in the basement.

Free access to the outdoor pool (which otherwise costs a fortune). Everything is nicely renovated and shining like new (except the elevator to the outdoor pool, but that's tolerable). Chicken in tomato sauce for breakfast (and many other meals, of course, but this was the best).

The mattresses are too hard, not comfortable. Unsecured internet access. Too few elevators for such a big hotel. The restaurant staff: one day we arrived a little late for lunch (lunch hours 12:00 to 14:00) and we started eating at 13:45; at 14:00, the staff removed all food and water from the buffet and at 14:10 they asked us to leave (not even taking into account that the people I travelled with were more than 75 years old). This very disagreeable experience completely ruined the otherwise good opinion I had of this hotel.

Perfect location, close to the colonnades, shopping area and bus station. The hotel offers outdoor and indoor swimming pools (often crowded) and spa facilities. Big clean rooms with balcony. Copious breakfast buffet.

The staff is mainly unfriendly, but very common in all Czech Rep. Breakfast... Well. Concerts all nights in the yard, and big ones, for 3k people...that wasn't very relaxing, for better relax experience avoid weekends.

The pool, spa and all these things TOP! . Very nice, very easy to get there, to pay, to relax to enjoy The room is perfect, clean, and comfortable and the view is stunning. For me the best view to stay in Karlovy Vary, because the hotel building is the most ugly in town and you don't see it from your point of view.

The hotel appears to be under renovation at the moment. Sometimes it took forever for the elevator to come and when it did it was already full so I had to wait for the next one. And the stairs were not available due to the renovation. The bathroom had a weird sulfur-like smell. This might be typical in Karlovy Vary, I don’t know

Great location with 10 min walk to the bus station. The use of spa facilities (both indoor and outdoor areas) was included in the room rate and that was the highlight of my stay. Clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Staff was friendly and spoke good English

The beds were really bad - our backs hurt in the morning and falling asleep wasn't easy since they are not comfortable at all. Cleaning was bellow our expectations too. Normally I leave a tip for the cleaning lady, yet it was one of the rare cases when I didn't... there was no cleaning whatsoever except making beds. I assume that superior rooms are better in above mentioned criteria. Yet I would expect more decent quality of beds and service in normal rooms. The service in normal rooms should be normal, not luxury and not poor.. Another downside - sound insulation is not great.

The location of the hotel is really nice - you can easily reach main attractions and restaurants by foot. The views from the rooms are amazing. The is an underground garage. Most importantly 3 hour per day visit to outdoor thermal pool is included in the price - and there is a passage within the hotel to the pool. Breakfast is really nice as well. We particularly enjoyed freshly made omelette.
