I didn’t find really anything to complain about.

Beautiful location (for people faced with mobility problems maybe not the best location if walking - hotel located uphill) directly in front of the Russian Orthodox Peter and Paul Cathedral. Nice grounds and directly on a park. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was perfect without overdoing it. The spa facilities were clean and organized. I had a massage and a facial. Both well done. The pool was fantastic though cold upon entry but not too bad. I was alone in there and could utilize it well. I did not have a sauna because the weather was warm enough. A huge shout out to the staff! They were warm and very welcoming. Felt like visiting family which is important.

Not so important but we did miss having a view from our family room (roof windows only). The roof windows lacked blinders which allowed a lot of light to get in early in the morning (curtains not sufficient). Otherwise the room was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at the villa Ritter. Very friendly and accommodating staff, great location, beautiful hotel, big family room beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Highly recommended.

The biggest minus was that there was no sound isolation, you could hear the private life of your neighbors like it was happening in our room. We were "lucky" to enjoy our loud neighbors from 5am until 10pm. If we had brought children it would have been very difficult to explain all the "strange" noises. The staff didn't speak good English. In restaurant you might have waited your food for a long time because it seems they only had one waiter for the shift but the food was very nice.

We had the wonderful room with a big comfortable bed and facilities like the kettle, tea, normal hair dryer, bath stuff and even nail file. We also tried the swimming pool that was included in the price, it was small but we liked it: it was warm enough. The breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant was good with live music. We went for spa, the woman (Irina) was very nice and professional. I highly recommend to try spa. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was more than perfect.

Hotel Villa Ritter is a fantastic hotel in a walking distance from Karlovy Vary Centre. The rooms are excellent, spotless clean. The staff is friendly, professional and amazing. I really felt like my home. We ll definitely return.

Mostly nothing.

Super Friendly staff, included Massage Therapist. The pool is awesome. Breakfast included, high quality of food and good variety. We got a super nice, classic room with beautiful view on the local orthodox church. Awesome. Parking place available. Everything nice and clean. Location is AWESOME, highly recommended for couple.

Warm and cosy room in a beautiful castle-like building. A short walk to the centre of the Old Town. Excellent breakfast. My room had a stocked minibar at reasonable prices which is something you don't find these days in Western Europe. It was most welcome when I fancied a whiskey tucked up in bed at the end of a long day of travelling. Cheerful, friendly and kind staff.

The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful (we would really like to thank all of them for amazing hospitality and help with everything), the food was also amazing. And over all hotel looked super nice. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Swimming pool was also very nice.

Beautiful location, absolutely magical (when it snowed). Clean, spacious, very homey and comfortable. Quiet location but not far from the main promenade. We liked everything but what stood out the most was the hospitality and service of the staff. Anya at the front desk and everyone else went above and beyond to insure our comfort.

There is nothing to remark for any reason for dislike.

The ladies that run the place were very attentive and sweet. They made sure everything was served for each meal and tea served for the spa sessions. The food was delicious. I look forward to visiting again. I can't thank them enough for making me and other guests feel special.

Absolutely stunning view from the window to the church Host Katya is amazing. Her hospitality and attentiveness are far beyound the professional duties. Our room was equipped very well with everything we need, the minor issues/requests were immidiately fixed! The free pool is small but clean and cozy. Children loved it
