The receptionist seemed slightly bored and the check-in was lengthy. We think the price was too high.

The bathroom ventilator was as loud as a plane taking off, and it's not an exaggeration. Plus we have found the name card of the previous person staying in the room (he was a festival promoter who came for Beats for Love, just like us). 😀 But these were minor inconveniences that we laughed off. Definitely would come again!

Sareza Hotel is located in a quiet, sleepy neighborhood of Ostrava, but it was really easy to get there from Svinov station. The room is so quiet that you could "hear the silence loud in your ears" which was amazing. Beds were alright, the bathroom was well-equipped, didn't try the TV. Staff was nice, they tried so hard to speak English for us, since we didn't speak any Czech. Definitely would come again!

Leaving Ostrava!

The breakfast was delicious every day. I could hear the ice hockey tournament but this did not bother me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind as I was unwell during my stay.

There was a constant and loud buzzing outside the window, could have been somebody else's AC or something, but it prohibited us from opening the window. There is AC in the room, but it was also rather loud. Although it is in a tranquil neighborhood, the room was rather noisy.

It doesn't justify the price (over 5000 CZK). There was no air conditioning, which caused problems falling asleep because it was so hot. Air conditioning was the least I expected and was the cause of my frustration with the price I paid.

The apartment was big and good-looking. The hotel is located close to a bus and tram stop, which is a good thing. The attendant at the reception was kind.

you can directly say a bugger. I am very interested in who gives good reviews to this hotel there, not only 3 does not even pull on one. duty hotel for one night with a night butterfly. this is how you can describe it. The room smelled of mold or drank. the doors were left in shock. zero service. the staff is really great. but nothing depends on it. the car is delivered to you they say that there is no guarantee that in the morning it will be whole

Extremly unfriendly staff, dirty room (specially bathroom), very poor breakfast (Service at the weekend till 9 am, and already at 8:50 the staff started to take away food). The only reason I stayed in this hotel was I was traveling from Switzerland to Poland with my 3 years old daughter and we arrived to Ostrava very late. The lady from the reception was in very bad mood. My reservation was for me and my child. She explained to me my child ‚is not a person, reservation is for 1 person’. I was forced to bring from my car the child bed. Next Day I have transported at 9:30 the child bed to my car; the lady from the reception started to shout at my ‚Keys!!!’. When I told her I have to be back for other luggage she started to shout at me in the offended way! I met for the first time in my life so umfriedly staff! I am traveling a lot for business and in privat as we are Polish-Swiss family living in both countries. The Service was so bad that this travel was a nightmar; I felt extremly unsecure. This is only 3 stars hotel but nevertheless I expect respect for the Customer!
