We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusNo 24h desk in hotel with 4stars, you need to go to another hotel opposite to take keys from your room and its hard to understand why! paid parking - you need to pay for parking extra. Interior in room little bit old but maybe its such design.
Cosy and warm bathroom, comfortable bed, very delicious breakfast, quiet room, good view to the city, parking near hotel, crepes on breakfast, good coffee and fresh fruits.

CanadaI requested 2 individual beds and I was provided this, however, I expected twins (perhaps my fault for not confirming) and instead, we had singles - I couldn't turn during the night without falling off of the bed. So, the bed size was far too small and no other size in the hotel (attempted to upgrade) and the beds themselves were not comfortable. I think they need to be replaced.

Lovely room and hotel overall. Large rooms, a lot of light, but the tight curtains are present in case you like to sleep in the morning. Immaculate clean. Parking option next to the building is an advantage.

Albania1.there was no one at the reception at 9pm and the next hotel were you had to take the keys,no one talked english. Difficult to understand each other. 2.the room was small but it wasnt a problem this one…the problem was with the bed,it was so hard and so uncomfortable!!! If you want a good night sleep,it wasnt the case. 3.the breakfast was a little fair,especially for a pregnant woman,it wasnt much of a choice,and the bread was stale.

GermanyI booked standard room with double bed (according to photos), but we got 2 single beds that stood at the different sides of the room, and I didn’t see this room at photos at all. The pillows are horrible. It is better to sleep without them at all. The bed is very narrow with hard mattress. On one of the lamps there was no shade. Breakfast with few options to choose. No bottle of water in the room. The bucket in the bathroom was broken (the lid).

GermanyThe hotel in all the aspects and points possible and impossible. A 4 stars hotel should have some standards because that's why most of us choose to pay something extra and get something above average but sadly this hotel doesn't even meets the standards of a 3 stars hotel. Really sad to see this in a EU country still and that the standards are not checked by specialists yearly, to be certain they meet the expectations of the clients. So let's beginn with the details of our stay: - the personal are not qualified, most of them don't even bother to reply to a 'hello'? - there is no restaurant at all and even if we had booked half board, when we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and spent a few hours in the room and got ready for dinner, when we finally went downstairs we were told that there is no dinner at this hotel, no lunch and only breakfast. After a 20 minutes discussion we finally got 1/3 of our money back so we can get dinner somewhere in the city. Thanks God for that!!! Because the breakfast we 'Enjoyed' here was even lower in quality as one we did a few years back in a 2 stars hotel or pension in center of Budapest. I don't even want to try and think how the dinner would have looked at this place 🤣🤣 - the Breakfast room has only 5 tables at their customers disposal so that means only around 1/3 of the room clients can 'enjoy' the breakfast at any given time and I wonder what happens if more clients want to have breakfast at same time? 😁 - the room...oh boy.... we would write a lot about it also but I will try to be as brief as possible. Was it clean? NO WAY! Not in the room itself, the floor was dirty in the not so easy accesible areas like next to the seats, under them or next to the bed or under it also. In the closet...a lot of dust, we had to clean it before to unpack our stuff and put it in there. - the bathroom....
The location in the center of the city was the only thing cool in this adventure of ours. Sad but true...

Czech RepublicMy “De-lux” room had not been cleaned properly before my arrival - the carpet was dirty. The minibar had not been refilled before my arrival which forced me to call the desk and let them know, because I was not about to pay for someone else’s consumption… The cleaning staff were incredibly unprofessional. The check out was at 10:00, yet one of them barged into my room without knocking at 9:45. She apparently did not know, which rooms were still occupied.. There were several cleaning ladies standing in the hall-way, literally yelling at each other regarding who was going to clean which room. One of them used very foul language very loudly (all of them could be heard clearly over closed door!!!). The Wi-Fi in my room was pretty much non functional - it took several minutes to load a regular web page (when it WAS working, most of the time, it simply wasn’t working). I had to use my own mobile Internet.
