We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicSPA area in our building - we had to go down one floor for drinking water. It would be better to have it in the Relax Room near the sauna. Our room was quite good; we liked the style. However, the mattresses were a bit too firm for our liking.

Czech RepublicThe staff at the restaurant and during breakfast seemed unphased and sometimes almost annoyed with our presence. The ladies were preparing coffee for themselves during peak hour of breakfast so we had to wait in line for coffee until waitresses served themselves. We also asked for a volume on radio to be turned down during breakfast (because we barely heard each other talking) and while the waitress was eager to help us, her boss began to lecture her how she should do it in front of us and ultimately even increased the volume. We felt uncomfortable about the entire encounter, especially when the waitress did the job better than her boss in the end. It was unnecessary from his side and rather unprofessional.
Rooms are clean, very nicely furnished. Reception works very well. Breakfast is really great.

UkraineDefinitely something should be made with dinners. As an example, in Portugal where we leave now people come for dinner at 21:00. In Czech restaurants are closed at this time. We drove to several places and none offered us food. Quite surprising. Also as mentioned above, there is not enough shelves for clothes in the room. On Saturday maintenance works with a lot of noise where done at Golf Club roof. This is annoying. Especially because you position your place as wellness and I expect silence as well when we talk about wellness and mental health. Second, why Saturday? There is not enough time from Monday to Friday?
All is good. Some improvements can be made for people who are not locals: 1) Restaurants are closed at 20:30 or 21:00 as latest. It is impossible to find food. Even groceries are closed. It is important to highlight that to guests and let them have an option (salads, bowl with healthy food, etc.) that can be purchased 2) In the room there is not enough hangers and shelves. 3) In the room there is no kettle to make tea or hot water

United KingdomWe have traveled with two small dogs, there is a charge per dog per night of 1000 Czech Koruna which I found to be unjustifiable. I have been offered a dog beds and bowls , unfortunately they did not have any dog beds left. One of charge per stay would be fairer as the level of clean per one dog or two dogs would be the same . We stayed in a adjoining room which we found noisy, we could hear movements and conversations from the room next door. On arrival the adjoining doors were unlocked which were locked once we notified reception staff.
The location was perfect for weekend away in the nature yet not far to restaurants and bistros. The reception staff was friendly professional and helpful. Room was spacious with loads of natural light, comfortable bed.

PolandAround 10pm no possibility of eating something warm. But anyway there is still a selection of cold dishes (+ beer) and this was sufficient I guess.
Breakfast was excellent, a buffet and also a la carte selection of different egg dishes. Nice pool, sauna and chill out place, staff very friendly, we didnt have problem with staying 2 hours more than checkout time, also no problems with parking. Great mountain view :)
