Personally, it was unfortunate for me that there was no omelette made on the spot. Other food is great!

The location would not be better than this hotel. All the sightseeing and restuarants are in 10-20 min walk range and the neighboring public park is gorgous The hotel service is excellent and the room is super clean and quite.

The rooms are spacious enough, but there is not enough armchairs to sit in. We were the 2 of us, but there was only one armchair.. ok, there was one more chair to sit and 2 small “cubes” to sit on, but they were not comfortable.

Its location, in the middle of the city, very close to various breweries, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable as well! It is so quiet, you can rest very well as there is no noise coming from the streets. The spa is very good, nice atmoshere, no crowd as you can book it in advance.

The hotel is located in a nicely modernised, older building with large rooms which are equipped with a well-working air-conditioning and soundproof windows. Furthermore, the hotel has a well-equipped gym (which is inculded in the room rate and a spa (the latter of which we have not used). The staff in the reception and the breakfast area is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet comprises delicious specialities, such as an almond blancmange, and a very good coffee. We could park our car on the street infront of the hotel for a fee of 420 czk / 24 hours (which could be paid by card, no parking app was required). Further down the street, there is a car park (which seems to be illuminated at night). The hotel is only a few steps from the city centre with a lot of restaurants (we had the best food in a restaurant just around the corner, called Drápal). The bottom line is that we had a wonderful stay and would certainly chose Theresian hotel again, should we ever come back to Olomouc!

When I arrived the receptionist was more interested in training a new person than helping me. Felt like an extra - especially as I had just walked 30 minutes in the rain to get there . No offers of any help or early check in (only 1 hour) to dry off.

Chose this hotel because of attractiveness of building and location. Rooms are new, bathrooms very nice, Breakfast was fine , plenty of choices - but a bit perfunctory

When you leave the room the card for electric is removed. The A/C goes off. It was very hot in the room and it took time to cool down the room.

The room was big, spacious, bed and bedding comfortable. The bathroom was huge and clean. Chairs in bedroom we’re comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning included.

no strong bed-side light - reading impossible

turn of the century building, beautifully renovated and modernized, few minutes walking to the main square - parking in front of the house (free on weekends), very friendly and helpful personell, very large room - we looked into the shabby courtyard, the other room into the park. Modern bathroom and losts of wardrobe, coffee-machine, big box-spring bed (which I personally don't like), unfortunately poor light for reading in bed. Excellent breakfast included

ideally located near the old city. extremely attractive restored inner spaces (the facade has also been beautifully redone). our room was no frills modern in design (which is of course an aesthetic choice in its own right).extremely comfortable beds. immaculately clean. chic breakfast room in the basement with appealing choices. extraordinarily helpful staff at the reception desk, especially the two blonde girls (late Sunday afternoon and all day Monday). a great place for two tired travelers to rest up after some rugged days of driving.
