We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was relatively a standard breakfast, consisting of the usual such as eggs, bacon, croissant, and various cereals. The room was really spacious and clean, in addition to the fact that the staff helped with any special requirements we had.

Love the spa facilities, the breakfast was good. The rooms were big and modern. Location is good.

GermanyI have stayed here before and everything was ok, spacious room, air conditioning, everything that was advertised. So next time when I had to come to Olomuc I thought I would stay here again, since I was satisfied last time. Unfortunately I was in for a very big disappointment. I was given a very small room, with an extremely tiny toilet on the side of the entry hallway and the shower an the other side, almost as small as the toilet. The room was very small, but for me as a single traveler maybe it wasn't such a big deal, but the very small and dark toilet and shower were absolutely unacceptable. Also the room was't clean, there were "dust bunnies" under the tv table, which you don't expect to see when you book a room in a 4* hotel. I have looked at the pictures online very thoroughly before I picked the hotel, so I don't have any unpleasant surprises, but the hotel doesn't show the small rooms with toilet in a closet, they only show the big rooms. So the receptionist kept showing me other rooms, that were equally small and in the end showed me a bigger one, with another bad surprise: no air conditioning. And a very bad view towards the inner yard. I said I am going to book another accommodation somewhere else, because this is not what I have originally booked and she came back with another key from a normal size room. I was extremely disappointed and it was a very bad end to a long day of travel, when instead of relaxing I kept seeing rooms that all looked alike and not in a flattering way.
personal was nice and at least the receptionist tried to fix the situation somehow, and kept apologizing, In the end I got a better room, thanks to the receptionist, but the room that I was offered at the beginning and the similar ones I was offered afterwards were all the same size and definitely a lot smaller than the advertised 28 m²

Breakfast was ok, but soy milk was not available, even if we had been assured about that both in writing and in person the night we arrived. Simple things like this can go a long way to help vegan customers feel welcomed, despite their dietary restrictions!

Czech RepublicRoom: Dusty, there were literaly chunks of dust on bedside tables and around them on a floor. Shower drain was not working properly and water was after few minutes of showering all around the place. Room door not very noise insulating as we could hear every sound from the hallway. Staff didnt care some of the visitors were very noisy and loud, stuff was not willing to do something about it or didnt care. Breakfast okay. With just few tables filled, so not full, the bufet run out of pastry, fruit, etc., had to wait for stuff to sort it out.
Location was really good, very easy to get to city centre, just few minutes of a walk. Nice places to eat in walking distance.

Singaporeunsmiling and unwelcoming attitude of front line checkin staff. terrible coffee machine and most awful coffee at breakfast, no fresh cut fruits, nor bread rolls and terrible scrambled eggs, amongst others, coming from a once award winning restaurant! was originally given a 4th floor room (I’m a senior) despite a broken down elevator awaiting for parts. no I didn’t want to be struggling up and down 4 floors a few times a day over 2 days for my vacation. after a request and protestation I was given a 1 st floor room readily available. surely this need not be the case! saving grace was the room and shower, among the best on this travel.

Hungarytoilet was dirty upon our arrival. very weird dog policy - we paid for our dog, but we didn’t get any bed for him, nor we could really take him for breakfast. breakfast room was depressive, and scrambled eggs looked like a soup. also, they wanted to charged us more for a dog but thankfully I had an email where they informed me how much it would be.
excellent location. silent room, very good windows and comfortable bed. nice bedding. coffee machine in the room. hotel overall clean (we were so surprised to see toilet dirty) although furniture not my style.

Czech RepublicThe toilet seat was dirty when we checked-in. There were basic things missing in the bathroom (lotion or cream, cotton pads etc) and room. The breakfast was disappointing - we came one hour before the end, half of the things were gone and nobody bothered to complete. I am sorry to say it, but a 4* hotel standard looks very different.

GermanyThe sink got clogged and I had to call Reception to get it sort it out. My impression is this is something that it happens quite often, because of the design of the sink. They were very nice and someone came in less than 5 minutes, but I find this is something it shouldn't happen in a 4 stars hotel. Also the Hotel Restaurant is opened for breakfast in the morning and middle of the day for lunch, but after 2 o'clock is closed. So if you want to have a nice dinner in the same location you just can't, you have to go out or order inn.
The hotel is in a good location, 5 auto minutes away from the Main Train Station and 5 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms are big and have hardwood floors, which I believe is a lot easier to clean than the usual carpet that you find in old hotels. The room was clean, modern furnished. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Room was quiet.

ItalyBreakfast was below standard for a four-star hotel. It was served in an ill-lit basement. Moreover they charged the exorbitant amount of 27 euros per night for our dog. This is about 3 times the amount charged by other Czech hotels, including those of central Prague. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she simply replied that "she was very sorry" (thus adding insult to injury). In short, the hotel's advantages were outweighed by their failure to provide reasonably priced extra service.
The hotel is very close to the centre of town. Our room was very large, recently redecorated and very clean. Bathroom equally satisfactory.
