We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThis charming, boutique hotel offers newly renovated, modern, spacious and sparkling clean accommodations. The lovingly restored gothic building showcases original stonework throughout and evokes the town's medieval heritage with clean architectural lines. The service is impeccable and the owner often personally attends to your needs. Breakfast is delicious, freshly prepared (sometimes to order) and offers the kind of variety you'd expect at a large, high-end resort, minus the crowds or price tag. Centrally located on the town's beautiful, historic square, in a quiet pedestrian zone, with convenient, accessible parking behind the hotel. The best restaurants, bars and cafes are an easy walking distance, along quaint cobblestone streets. This hotel is a rare find, no need to look anywhere else.

The lady who works in the reception is really nice. The hotel has options for people who is laactose intolerant and also alergic to gluten. We were really happy with the options. Good attention, food and the room was very big.

The hotel is located in town and it was easy to park at the back. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The restaurant was fantastic, we had dinner and breakfast and they were both superb. If you are in this town eat here it was the best food we had on our 2 week drive through Europe. Also all the staff were fantastic, extremely kind and helpful and even spoke English!

The hotel is right in the city center with good access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of dishes. Staff was very nice both to us and to our 2 small dogs.
