We didn't have anything we didn't like.

The location was perfect, you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. They have private secured parking, a bonus! Plenty of places to eat for everyone 's budget. The staff served us cappuccinos at breakfast, a very nice touch.

There were a lot of guests at the hotel so the parking was crowded but eventuallt it didn't caused us any trouble.

The minus for me was a very bad internet connection in the room. Finally, I had to use my mobile data. There was no air conditioning in the room, but even in this hot time I did not use a ventilator, the open window worked fine.

I like the hotel, the location is great! Breakfast is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The bathroom is big and clean. I had a couple of small problems to solve and got the help I needed very fast. I would like to stay longer, but the hotel is so popular, that I had to stay only 2 nights.

Great service by reception personnel (Adam). Arranged a better room for due to a bed issue we had and helped carry the luggage as well. Breakfast was really nice and good quality! Location 1 minute from the main square with nice shops around it and a second square next to it. Good location for daily trips in the area.

There is a fee at the end of the stay you have to pay which goes directly to the town. It is a mandatory very small fee. We understand it is not the hotel's fault by any means. However, it wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel.

I'm from Canada and I've stayed in this nice hotel for a night. The place is very clean, it has private parking, great breakfast, comfy rooms and very friendly staff.

I'd recommend to note down car plates of specific guests/rooms in case someone's car is blocked due to lack of parking space.

Nothing specific stuck in my mind. Not all staff members spoke fluent English, so occasionally we had some minor misunderstandings, but all was positively resolved.

Great location right in the city center, just by the market square. All town attractions and good restaurants are in a walking distance. Our family apartment was really spacious and very clean. Breakfast was tasty varied - kids and adults could easily pick something for themselves. Very large private parking is just several dozen meters away.

Really, there is nothing negative to say about our stay here.

This hotel was very nice! It is centrally located just off the main square in the older part of the city and was an easy walk from the train or bus station. The hotel is very nicely decorated. You walk down a long corridor to get to a courtyard and then to the main entrance to the hotel. When we arrived, there were candles burning in the corridor and nice pictures of Cesky Raj on the walls. Our room was large and beautifully maintained and decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was larger than most that we have seen in the Czech Republic. The breakfast was a true feast with a lot of choice of different breads, meats, eggs, cereals, and more. I especially appreciated the hot eggs and bacon as well as the wide choice of teas. There was also coffee and the staff even made cappuccino for my husband. However, the best part of this hotel was the staff. We arrived on Friday evening about dinner time. We asked if they had a map of Cesky Raj and instead they helped us plan our weekend with suggestions for places to go and how best to get there. They even printed out the local train schedule so that we would know all of the stops and where to get off for what we wanted to do. They had a lot of good ideas and were incredibly helpful. We were amazed at how friendly they were and how much time they spent with us to help us explore the area. They also offered great recommendations for local restaurants. On Saturday morning, they called a taxi for us to take us to the Prachovské Skály rock formations so that we could start our hike there. On Sunday, they held our luggage while we spent the day exploring a different part of Cesky Raj. They even found the scarf that I had left in the room by mistake and had it waiting for me when we returned for our luggage. The owner graciously offered us a ride to the train station which was most appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to this region of the Czech Republic!
