Cozy, stylish apartment in the heart of Brno. No need to use public transport to explore the city's main attractions. Despite the central location, and the restaurant in house (very good food and beer BTW) it is quite. Easy access and prompt responses.

No smoking area, even outside, no ashtray or garbage can. Breakfast between 8-10 (there are no specification about this), i had to leave at 7:45 from the hotel because i had a business meeting. My breakfast cancelation was announced, they sad it’s ok, but no money returned. Also in the livingroom had a bad small, like some old socks left somewhere (the open window didn’t solve the problem).

Location, clean rooms, Nespresso, gift, communication, view of the city. If you are traveling for fun, it’s perfect!

Only issue is the parking. There is parking house nearby but 35czk/hour during weekends. ( not issue of the hotel -its general)

At the self check-in we were given the wrong locker number so there was a bit of a confusion but the staff at the restaurant helped us. That was the only hick-up during our stay, everything else was really great!

Very comfortable room size and the bed was super comfortable, big enough and overall just quality.

Big shower did not work (from the ceiling), corridor lights one evening (only one night) did not switch off. IN the morning when restaurant on the first floor started to prepare for service, food smells, like garlic, onions etc came up to the apartment, that was not very nice.

It was spacious, much light, very comfortable place. Amazing spa area. Well equipped. Great location! Beautiful view from the balcony. everything needed for good stay in the appartement.

The couch smelled of mold as if it had a bit of water damage, but looked clean otherwise. There were plenty of other places to sit though, so it wasn't much of an issue. The shower area is huge, but that means that it's also a bit cold as the shower can't heat up the air around you

We got an enormous room with fitting industrial design. The location is smack in the middle of the main square and we got an access key to get in even in the middle of the night without the need for a reception. Overall it was fantastic and the beds were comfortable

Only a very minor comment would be to have some kind of shower curtain around the freestanding bath as it made it tricky not to spray water all over when trying to use the hand held shower spray to shower.

Location was great, apartment was very nice and spacious. AC worked very well and it was quite hot whilst there. Lots of space, fridge, kettle and coffee machine were useful. Glad there was a lift up to the floor and check in process and getting our room card was easy enough. Didn't really see any staff to comment on them.

There was a funny smell in the room when we arrived and it was very warm in there. We had to give the place a good airing to remove the smell as well as buy bleach to pour down the shower drain.

Great location. Nice room and very spacious. Staff were helpful with letting us keep our bags as our flight was in the evening.

Loved the spacious apartment and its balcony with a view over the square. Great for having a tipple and watching the world go by. The location couldn't have been more central.

For the price I don't know if I'd go there again, maybe I'd try other places. I believe there are multiple options in this price range.

The place is gorgeous, location is great and the staff was 10/10. Everything was clean and working, I had one quick request for the managers and they solved it immediately.

Not an issue but the only thing that spoilt the whole wonderful experience is the entrance (via the lift) which has to be accessed adjacent to the kitchen entrance, so you sometimes have to swerve around crates and boxes etc. but DON’T let that put you off this wonderful set of apartments!

There was a lot of storage space in the wardrobes, but only half of them were able to open (the doors would get stuck on floor). Not a problem, it just seemed funny. More places to put stuff on in the bathroom would be useful.

A lot of space, nonsmoking. I loved the stone wall that had light in it. The staff was really nice and breakfast had a really personal feel to it - as there were just a few people staying for breakfast, there were tables set for us and a reasonable selection of food, while not being wasteful.

Great place in the old town. No parking, but the garage (quite expensive) is nearby. Rooms are clean and very spacious, No worries, the unpleasant smell from the restaurant is only felt in the stairwell, rooms smell nice and has air conditioners.

They could use new mattresses and pillows. Pillows were past their useful life (broken down and lumpy). The mattress was really soft on the side. You could slide right off if you weren’t careful.

The apartment was large with all necessary amenities to make your stay very nice. There is a separate bedroom and plenty of storage and shelving. We looked right over the towns central square. The location was perfect!

The bed was too soft for me. The window from bedroom leads straigth into the airshaft with noisy A/C from restaurant.
