How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The stair is not sutable for carry luggage. Be aware of your step.

During our stay no downsides were encountered. Only positive emotions.
It's very easy to get to the city center, public transport operates quiet often. However you can get there by feet, it will take around 20 minutes. The house itself located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood.

We had a one-night stay near Brno during a road trip in the Central Europe. We had an excellent communication with the host. Parking was available on site. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quite relaxing, since nearby it's a farm.

Nothing that I can think of.
Silva, our host, was very warm and helped us with all the necessary details like the nearest bus stand, restaurant etc. The location is very good - bus stop is some 40-50 metres away and the place is very secure. If you want to go for a run or a walk, the places nearby are apt for that.

It’s worth noting that the roads nearby can be noisy, this is obviously not the fault of the property, but I recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.
The location is really nice, it’s easy to access from the centre and station using public transport. The surrounding park is beautiful. The rooms are clean and I had access to any facility I might need (toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, microwave and TV). I did not need parking, as I used public transport, but I could see that plenty of spaces were available for apartment guests - if needed. It is also only a short walk to the Draci Brno baseball stadium (where I was attending an event), if you’re staying here and fancy seeing some European baseball I much recommend taking advantage of this location and visiting, if it’s during the season!

When you open the door towards the outside, equivalent to the balcony, there is a wall. There is no open view.

The terrace is more for a toddler to play in the fresh air rather than to sit and enjoy it because it's with a wooden fence just in front of you, but for the price and overnight stop totally fine.
Kind communication, spacious enough room for a travel cot. Microwave oven to heat up baby food. Near the property opportunity to see some animals. Terrace with some rocks for a toddler to play with. Price compared to neighboring Austria.

The room was clean, roomy and modern with even more amenities than I needed. The host was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy. I only needed a place to sleep after dropping my daughter at the airport.

Maybe pillows could be more comfortable...
Nice place to stop while visiting city centre, not so far away by car. Easy registration, very friendly owner. You will get all you need to stay for night - clean room, comfort, tea and coffee. Also you can buy some snacks and beer from your room fridge if you want.

The location is great only a 5 min walk to tram stop, only 10 mins tram ride to city centre. very quite location which I look for when booking. friendly owner who is always willing to assist.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. Cobwebs, a layer of dust on the eaves. Old, gray and faded linens. A hard bed that was impossible to sleep on. No soundproofing. Insufficient space for parking lots. In reality it's worse than the photo, the bed looked old and overused. Rusty furniture in the bathroom.
