Only challenge is reaching to hotel ,specially if you have lot of luggage as there is quite an effort with stairs to get to room with heavy luggage.

Owner is very helpful, restaurant is near. Bed is comfortable, available kitchen in the apartment, if you need anything ask the owner in chat or call him.

We were a couple but the bed consisted of two single matraces next to each other...

Check in and out was super easy via code numbers, so you can just show up whenever you like and when leaving you just drop the key at the entrance. The restaurant and pub was superb! There is also a supermarket on the other side.

It was a great hotel for our one night stay. Neat, clean, great way to hand over keys even late at night. There is a cafe in the hotel building that serves excellent steakes.

it is 2nd floor, don't have elevator, if you have heavy luggage it is a point need to be notice.

The place is very spatial and equipped with kitchen, table for work. Nice place if you need to stay a while here. The restaurant below is supper delicious!

The hotel is a bit hidden in a residence, but every car is taken so that you find your way upon arrival at late night.

It was excellent. I spent there only one night and was looking for simple hotel room. But this was a fully equipped flat. Soap and towels were ready upon arrival. Bathroom was great. Kitchen had coffee etc ready. Perfect.

The wifi is useless, most of the time no internet connection even though the signal was OK, so I had to use a lot of my own data for work. Sometimes it get’s noisy in the evening when the staff un/loads beer barrels at the back staff entrance of the restaurant.

A cosy private apartment with a check-in via a coded key box, nice and clean, the owner is very kind and helpful whenever I had any requests, the restaurant next door is exceptional, I’d recommend trying out the local beer ;)

Just information that the accommodation is in middle of the housing estate surrounded by prefab houses. So the area is not TOP as same as view from window. There was a space at about 5 cm between the mattresses of double bed. It caused a funny situation when... :-D A possibility to choice also black or green tea at the room, not only fruit tea, would be fine. But these are really unimportant things.

Big, nice and clean room. Self check in and check out, when you get pin codes to main doors and from box with key from room, so you don't see any staff. Kitchen equipped for simple cooking. Food shop is 50 m far. Also restaurant is in part of the building. Was possible to arrange later check out.

1. No elevator. 2. The parking is on the opposite side of the building. If you have a luggage, this could be a problem. The accesabilty to the entrance with obstacles.

*dishes were not well-washed; *there were spots on the bed-linen; *too early check-out time (till 10.00). While booking there were no possibility to choose double bed (though I assume that these rooms were all booked). In general, we were satisfied with our stay!

*Easy booking; *easy self-check-in (instructions sent in time); *spacious room; *modern furniture and equipment (even automatic salt and pepper mill - thought without salt or pepper, and I doubt that anybody travels with peppercorns :); *everything necessary for short stay; *welcoming tea-coffee-sugar set; *towels, shampoos; *nice hall with guest-book; *possibility to park a car nearby. Taking into consideration, that it was one of the cheapest options for booking in Ostrava for that weekend (about 50$/night), we were positively impressed by the room and its equipment. Especially I liked nightlamps with colour light :)

We were couple and there was not king size bed - it was two single beds put together so there was a gap between us. We also heard exact words from the other room… not soundproofing at all.

very clean, modern, lovely and convenient little kitchen, again clean and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The restaurant next to the hotel has an amazing food. everything we’ve had there was out of this world good ( very meat oriented ). Hotel is in a nice quiet location.

Location as advertised, nice rooms on a quiet 2nd floor. Contactless sign in. Pub and restaurant downstairs and several grocery shops within walking distance. Kitchen amenities were good and allowed for proper cooking. Hotel management inquired about my room state during my stay since it was longer than their average, a nice touch.

I was satisfied, but there are some minor points to get better ;). In the hotel you can smell mold. Would be nice to have bath rug in the bathroom is not the bath rug and my wife missed hairdryer.

I liked the room, spacious, modern and clean, We got ordered breakfast. Even I preferred lighter breakfast, such as yoghurt and fruits, nothing like this was available. At the end I really enjoyed mixed eggs and special thanks for glutenfree pastry ;). We were also on the dinner, the food was really excellent, staff very nice!

The place is simply perfect and I come back here every time I am in Ostrava for work. Absolutely recommended! The restaurant next door is a plus!
