I always appreciate hospitality, kindness and proffesionalism of the staff. The Food is really great and dinner is a perfect ending of the day. Even bad day turns to a good one… I usually stay at Vètruše when I travel for a business trip and always feel welcome, finding a Nice comfortable place to relax afterwork. Thanks to all the staff 👍🌟🌟🌟

Not much to criticize overall. The rooms are not new anymore and could use some tiny renovations. And the spa area is not included and was completely booked out when we arrived.

The building is historical and therefore exceptional. The rooms are huge. The restaurant where the breakfast takes place is elegant and stylish. And the breakfast buffet was exactly what you would expect from a 4 Star Hotel.

- I was looking forward for the food, as it was described as one of the best restaurants in the region. Maybe my expectations were too high, but i would labe it as average. - Breakfast was average and tasteless. -Our room needed an upgrade.

-The Filippino massage was great! Booked 2 hours but it was so good that i needed to book again the day after. Good and strong massage very professional. As Czech standard i would say it was expansive. -The hotel have a great atmosphere. -The cable car was great and convenient. -The staff was very friendly. -SPA facilities are good.

We reciommend non alergenic pillows as first option in rooms

Great view and location, Meals for lunch/dinner from restaurant excellent, helpfull staff - we came late and pillows was from feathers, lady on reception gave her best to find us non-alergenic pillows

I Very complement the super staff at the reception Tereza And Tomáš. Beautiful View And location of the hotel. Although There was a problem with the air conditioning, both receptionists tried to solve it. We Will arrive againg. :)

Nothing really worth mentioning, but the restaurant and terrace closes a bit early (22). If you wanted a snack and a beer the reception however fixed this from the lobby bar with a smile.

Very nice location just looking over Usti nad Labem. Private parking and incredibly friendly staff both in the hotel and in the Restaurant. Cable car direct down to the shopping in the coty centre. Very good breakfast included. Nice fitness centre available. We did not try the wellness and sauna, but this is also available upon request. Very good value for money.

Missing minibar or possibility to make a tea or small coffee in the room.

I always use this hotel when travelling to this location. It is a nice, quite area, providing comfort and relax after exhausting working day. Staff is really TOP, I feel always welcome there. One advantage is as well Gym availability and the cabin lift from the hotel to the shopping centrum Forum (very cheap and comfortable). My best recommendations.
