I did not quite like the greyish design of the hotel with the emphasis on metallic surfaces. To my liking, it is not cosy. The price did not match the services: self-check-in, limited choices at breakfast. The floor in the bathroom is rather slippery, it needs a safer covering. The hotel grounds are well groomed, but across the street there is a shabby construction site which spoils the view.

Breakfast is satisfactory, although the choices are limited. The staff is friendly. Parking spaces are many. There are fruits and drinks for free during the day, excellent!

Brand new accommodation, a complimentary small breakfast is served, incl. Little refreshments any time during the day. Very quiet, in the morning seen the dears at the end of the street, what else can you wish for?

The place was very nice. New, clean, tastefully done. The only issue was that our room had no air-conditioning. I was told that half of the rooms (oriented on the sunny side) had air-conditioning and the other half (oriented to the other side) had not. However, given 90+F weather, our room would reach 80+F (and that is with the windows and drapes down all day), which was very uncomfortable.

I liked the property and the cleanliness. Also, given that there was no official breakfast offered, there was fruit and refreshments (cereal, cakes) including water, lemonade, and good coffee available all day, which was very appreciated.

Not very good sound isolation of rooms - you can hear everything from the hallway (steps, doors) and most activities from other rooms (flushing) quite loudly.

The place is ideally located as a base for visiting the surrounding area - the castles in Valtice (5 min walk) and Lednice. For us it was a one night stop on our journey to Italy and in this role it also worked very well. The very kind host instructed us how to do an self check in as we arrived very late.

Location is very good, very close to the city center. Host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, sorted our few requests in no time. Rooms are very stylish, high quality furnishing, comfortable beds and mattresses. Evening refreshment with an amazing wine on recommendation of the hotel owner was the topping on the cake. We will be definitely back.

Everywhere around was asfalt, and instead of some trees or grass, owners decided to asfalt all the space around the property, which was very sad - as they were parking cars everywhere. Furnite artificial, with quite uncreative decoration of the rooms - very cold set up. For this price I would expect something more warm and cosy. It was very pragmatic and uncosy.

It was clean, new and in very good location, with quite nice breakfast and nice accessible wine.

the staff is horrible. the desk manager is an angry. unprofessional. she has zero skills with customer service. the hotel ‘looks’ nice, but it’s uncomfortable, the bed is hard, the breakfast is a real joke with cheap ingredients and no options

There is little to no sound isolation between the rooms and corridor, you could hear everything next door or outside. I think carpets would have solved at least the corridor problem.. The set up of the rooms with terrace is strange - terrace is on ground floor and is facing the parking which is literally right next to the windows of your room. So if you want to have some privacy you need to close the curtains during the day. Maybe hotel staff did not expect that many visitors, but breakfast area was overbooked in the morning and we had to wait until other people finish up with their breakfast before we can take our turn. Breakfast itself was a bit mediocre.

Property looks new, nice lobby, very clean rooms and nice bathroom. Comfortable parking and within walking distance from Valtice central square.
