We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe Inside pool was disappointing. Water was cold. We payed more for a balcony, and it was minimal, with a high wall that didn't allow us to see the river or the city while sitting. The view was wonderful though.
Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has a decadent charm, it's old, but it was nice staying there.

GermanyThere is no soap in the bathroom. If this is the hotel policy (which I see for the first time), it would be nice to know ahead of time so we can bring our own. The same goes for coffee. There is a kettle in the room, but only tea (no coffee). The hotel parking lot was full, so the car had to be left at a public parking lot uphill. This was not a problem for us, but it might have been for older folks.

ColombiaThe room was incredibly hot and there was no way of reducing the heat. We had to leave the balcony door open all night in order to have a decent temperature at which to sleep in.
It was very well situated, the bed was comfortable and the room was huge. There was a good breakfast buffet.

GermanyThe pool is small and full of people most of the time, it was nearly useless for adults. The car parking was full even in low-season. I had to park my car ~600m away. The furnishings are shabby in some places and could use a renovation already (if you care). There was quite a queue for a check-in when I arrived. I've spend there a bit more time than I would like to spend.
The hotel is located in the resort area of the city. It could be easily reached by car and there are a number of parking opportunities apart from the designated hotel parking, which was full even in the low-season time. The breakfast and dinner were quite diverse. Close to the hotel there is a railway station that brings you up to a nice viewpoint on the city and the surroundings. Mineral springs are also not too far. Staff speaks Russian, Czech, German, English.

GermanyEverything looks a bit worn down - from the bathtub in the bathroom to the pool. From afar looks very nice and warm, but once you take a better look, it could use a renovation. The pool is fairly small. Also, tv is old school tv, no smart options or even hdmi. When almost everything (including bars/restaurants) in the city closes by 8 p.m. and the pool/sauna in the hotel by 9 p.m., it would be nice to have at least an option to play some music in the room or watch your own netflix.
The location is really nice and the hotel was ok. The breakfast had a lot of options that could satisfy everyone's needs. The sauna was also very good.

GermanyThe weather was not very good when we visited, so the spa facilities were very crowded. Our room was in a very remote part of the hotel, so we had to take down one elevator, walk through a long hallway to the lobby, before taking up another elevator to get to either the breakfast room or the spa area.
Nice old style hotel with very good breakfast. Most Spa facilites are included, like swimming pool, sauna and a steamroom. The room was very spacious with a nice view of the river and promenade in front of the hotel. Overall the hotel had a good price to value ratio.

GreeceI have booked the room with a balcony and river view, but the balcony was rather disappointing, you could not sit outside as even my feet did not fit there, so I felt I overpaid and didn't get the value for money. I would appreciate if it was stated more clearly what you are getting while booking.
The location is perfect, the rooms are cozy and bed comfortable. The breakfast was great with amazing pastry and sweets.

Czech RepublicThe room (esp. the bathroom) was a bit small and the sauna was once dirty from other customers (beer cans, dirty towels, etc.). Maybe wouldn't hurt to make regular checks there :) Plus, parking needs to be paid separately.
Overall the stay was very good. The hotel is located in the city center, it has beautiful lobby, sauna, a big pool and a gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a broad choice.

HungaryThe receptionists are not sufficiently fluent in English, or don't speak English at all. They did not suggest that I could speak German instead. The in-house dinner procedure was a bit special... we gave our room number at the restaurant entrance desk and made our choices from the menu. There was no bill or receipt at the end and no signature asked. When I asked the restaurant personnel for the bill, they didn't understand. The drinks, in our case a bottle of wine, were provided by the bar in the room next to the restaurant. Personnel is not taking the drinks order, you have to go to the bar yourself and order it there and you can only pay by card, they do not accept cash. On checkout, next morning, I could pay for the dinner, but only by card, because the receptionist did not have cash change, she said. I would suggest, that the hotel's management thoroughly review all customer interaction processes (reception area, restaurant, bar), because these are inefficient and sometime even unpleasant!
Comfort of our room and the facilities offered were very good. Breakfast was excellent with ample choice. The hotel's location is superb!
