Very quiet neighborhood, only 3 km away by foot from Prague Castle; Metro station Borislavka is at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance; 4 stations away from city center (Staromestska station); The room we stayed in is quite large, with a queen sized bed and one extra, smaller. The bathroom is also large, with fresh towels, a tube and hair dryer; Cleanliness is 10/10. Breakfast is good; The owner is very friendly and helpful all the time; Free parking on the site and also free wi-fi in the room.

It’s close to highway, close to Metro Station ( 10 min to Charlesbridge). Shopping Mall , Lidl , DM it’s 5 min walk away. Just the perfect stay when in Prag. Room was cleaned every day , service and owners top !!!!

Quiet neighborhood and place with good-for-value facilities and room situation. Also free parking and good access to public transportation. I recommend a short stay for tight budgets.

Cleaning staff came in the room without notice, no sign available to hang on the door knob or anything similar, multiple keys needed to get to the room booked, no service bathroom in the breakfast area and no ability to pay by card.

We had a wonderful stay at Josefina! The family that takes care are super nice and helpful. We stayed in a very nice room, with the window faced the beautiful garden that they take care. It is a nice and quiet area, away from the super busy downtown but close enough to reach by metro in just a few stops. Totally worth it! We would def come back, excellent value for money!

The host is very friendly but sometimes we had some miscommunications due to language barriers Locaction is suitable if you have a car otherwise its a bit far from the center

breakfast on the third day. first 2 days was ok. Generally our stay was perfect, the place is very nice to stay. I would go there again.

very nice and quiet place. the owner is very helpful. The room is quite big with nice bathroom. Beds are comfortable. First 2 breakfasts were ok but on the last day breakfast wasn't prepared for us like 2 days before. Probably because the person who had a shift didn't know what to do. Generally except the last day breakfast our stay was perfect. I highly recommend the place, which is close to the underground and city centre.

In the summer the trains might bother you as the tracks are only 50m away. There isn’t an body/hair wash in the shower.

Be careful , when returning late from the city at night, prefer the metro. one of the trams line leads at the oppside side of the railway near by and you have to pass through a forest.

The hosts were very polite and helpful. gave us suggestions where to eat. Beautiful garden, secure parking.

If it had been any air condition, then it had been a 10 points establishment.

I liked the room, it was pretty big. And that it had a balcony. And the breakfast was appreciated. It was a nice location in a area with villas.

Could not use WIFI (not a big problem), TV programming was limited (also not a big problem).

Vila Josefina is a place which deserves to be visit if you seek for calm, secure, comfortable and many convenient house. Great location, friendly hosts, clean rooms, good breakfast and of course opportunity for parking. In short - excellent choice!

Our stay was pretty much spot on except the shower in our room was a bit inconsistent and was hard to manage the temperature.

We loved the service, the beautiful vila covered in fairytale vines surrounded by flowers, the clean spacious room and of course the we loved the cute and fluffy dog that would sit with you for breakfast. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and were already planning our stay there next year :)

Warm and friendly host greeted us when we arrived. The rooms both had a terrific view of all the natural green space around the outer area of Prague. Our room had a really awesome upstairs reading room. The Pension was very close to a shopping area ~ 5 min walk. Likewise the underground and train were less than 10 minutes away.

Amazing hospitality, lovely room, nice breakfast and it was pet friendly too! A quiet location just outside the centre. Only a short walk to catch the metro into the centre and they're very regular.. plus only a few stops out. Having parking was a huge plus for us. Next time we visit Prague, We'll definitely stay here again!
