I would appreciate if mini bar to be refilled everyday. For some reason no one refill it you have to ask. In five star I am not used to ask for details like this.

If the hotel had some small spa or at least a finish sauna of sorts then it would have been one of the best small hotels I have ever stayed at.

Amazingly newly rebuilt villa with a deep sense of design. Its impossible to stay in such a comfort place for such a money anyone else. If you plan to visit Valachian area, this place should be considered.

The only room with bath tube is unfortunately orientated towards street, which tends to be noisy even on Sunday morning. I would expect that such a hotel with full minibar would have wine glasses at the room, not only ordinary glasses for bottle. Of course, you could ask at restaurant or reception, but why not to have them in the room?

Perfect breakfast. Fine villa with nice furnishings. Beautiful porcelain bath tube. Delicious meals at high-end restaurant.

Brilliant conversion of a historic building close to the centre of Roznov and near transport links. Bright, clean and comfortable room with all modern facilities. I hope to stay there again later in the year. Friendly and helpful staff.

The facility locks up after 10pm. But you can still come and go as you like with the key card. Daily breakfast was outstandng

The only suggestion I would have is about their bed situation. My preference has always been a single large mattress vs two smaller ones.

Some small flaws, TV was next to the bed but too low to be watched comfortably. Toiletries were not resupplied over 3 days stay. The room was perhaps too non-orthogonal, and it was hard to avoid hitting the skewed walls. But we learned...:-)

As to breakfast, very good coffee, reasonable selection of products (maybe more types of cheeses could be offered?) In restaurant, food selection and quality definitely above the average. The location was enjoyable, city centre but peaceful spot, one can sit on the terrace in nice weather. The building has an interesting architecture, we heard that it was a police station few decades ago, but very nicely rebuilt, with some inspiring details. We had an alarm for free, bells from the adjacent church, started our mornings quite early.

- There is a major road that runs near the hotel and this can sometimes be a bit noisy. - Whilst not exactly an inexpensive hotel, it still represents good value for Roznov pod Radhostem, which is not a cheap destination by Czech Republic standards.

- Modern and very comfortable rooms in an attractive old chateau-style building - Prime location - very close (about 100 metres) to the excellent Roznovsky Pivovar and the town square. - Close to the railway and bus stations for those travelling without a car. - Very good breakfast buffet - and breakfast can be taken in the hotel's lovely garden.

zero service at all: no receptionist upon arrival no understanding of bussiness travellers needs room was clean, but: no tissues no glass for toothbrush… and no aircon so I could not sleep at night due to the extreme heat I mentioned this upon departure and I was told that there is a (hidden) aircon but nobody switched it on nor showed or helped me upon arrival 🙁
