The bedding was not as clean.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The women's room was big and it offered great privacy. Breakfast was big and diverse.

The showers and toilets were outside the rooms (one toilet each for men and women and two showers were enough). It was so hot and stuffy at nights but we could not open the windows because of the noise outside (main intersection).

Very nice, small hostel just by the main train station. Rooms were nice, lockers big and lockable (you don't need your own padlocks), beds had practical courtains and safes. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Only downside is that is very near to a very trafficate road, so quite noisy.

Everything was fantastic, the people at the reception, the breakfast, it's between modern and old and all the facilities are in a very good state. I'd recommend it surely

Sticky floor, old (but clean) bedsheets and towels. And a story: a pretty strange man sat into the cafe to drink something and during the whole time ha was talking to me and himself…. He looked a bit like a homeless, he was stinky and quite crazy, though he had money to pay. Anyway I felt quite uncomfy I had to share the place with him. :(

The location is near the train station,if you travel by train it'll be a good choice for you. The room and bed are comfortable and clean, so calm around. Breakfast was good enough for me. Recommend this place, if you come to Brno🙂

Make sure you close the window if your room is facing the main street. Was a bit loud in the morning and I did not notice that someone else opened the window.

Very nice hostel next to the main train station in Brno. I only stayed one night in a 6-bed dorm room, so cannot give the best of reviews, but everything was good. The best are comfortable, you have a curtain for privacy, your own locker to store your things. Wifi works. And the location was perfect for me. Just 3 minutes walking from the main train station.

Location is very good. Train station, tram and bus station, shopping center is only few minutes far with walk. Staff was friendly. Has a small parking place next to the hostel (10 meters from the entrance).

Spa and massage is a separate business in the same building, which is deceiving in the booking platform. Some facilities need some TLC, especially the lightings. Assigned a bed but was not cleaned up to standards, however the problem was promptly resolved by the team. Although located in a strategic location, the surroundings are not particularly nice. Ie: the area is pretty sketchy past sundown.

The receptionists— Daniel and Thomas are the star of the show. They are super kind and accommodating. Coffee is by far the best I've had. There are plenty of toilets and showers in the hostel, which are all kept pristine. The property is a 2-minutes walk from Brno train station, 5 minutes from Tesco and a shopping centre.

The room was quite noisy in the morning because of the street sounds. The property has check-out written at 11am, but stated privately that I need to check-out until 10, so would have preferred a possibility for later check-out.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy, the sheets were on (not all hostels do this) and the bed was comfortable, with privacy curtains. The hostel atmosphere simple and welcoming. The location is just a few minutes from bus station so that's great.

It's very close to train station therefore it's obvious that the location is not the prettiest.

It was a quiet place which was a surprise considering the location. I don't think there was many more other quests. The property is very close to the main train station. The city center is just around the corner. Our windows were oriented inside the courtyard which was a big plus we didn't know about the crossroad at all.

The staff are super helpful and kind. The location is also great -- near the city center and the train station. It was not full when I stayed so it became easy to make friends.

The location was great, close to the bus station and 5 min walk to the main town. It was nice to have basic utensils, kettle and microwave available to use. Staff provided a towel, and beds had curtains which was good to have privacy.

I hated the dining setup. The hostel has a kitchen where staff prepare breakfast for paying customers but which is off limits to guests. Each floor has a tiny kitchen area for guests, but this only includes a microwave, small fridge, and water kettle. This means that guests cannot prepare real meals for themselves, and even basic meals have to be carried down to the dining area, unless a guest prefers to eat within their dorm. If a guest brings their own breakfast, they must be checked by staff, to make sure they aren't eating the breakfast provided to paying customers. This is not only annoying but goes against the whole spirit of hostel accommodation. I don't know what inspired this kind of setup, and I'm sure a prepared breakfast is appreciated by those willing to pay for it, but there's a reason travellers stay in hostels instead of hotels, and it seems Wake Up missed this point by blurring the lines between the two. Additional points: – no hand soap in the bathroom (shower) – no wall hooks for toiletry items/towels in toilet

I loved the way the dorms were appointed, with comfortable beds that had privacy curtains, couches and chairs to hang out, as well as a small sink for washing up.

I was positively surprised by how clean the hostel was including shared bathrooms, kitchen and the room itself. Staff was all the time very nice and kind. They also provide towels which is a nice benefit.

Not all of personal is friendly. After 3 days in this hostel I was waiting in the launch cafe for my husband to pick me up, feeling bed after my medicine. I closed my eyes and some unfriendly blonde girl told me is not allowed to sleep in café!!! Beside that the bed and everything in room is metal, so very noisy in the night. The kitchen is a joke: only microwave, watermaker and small fridge.

Close to center. Most of personal is very nice. I felt safe here.
