No black out curtains, the pillows were not very comfortable and one of the two showers didn’t have curtain, so all the water is went out of the shower every time. Also they asked for deposit, I don’t know if this is normal in Prague.

Even though the apartment was advertised as soundproofed it was still noisy all night. It sounded like the bins were being emptied in the same spot all night.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and the facilities were all as expected. The location is handy for the main, modern shopping square and near the National Museum and a short walk to Muzeum metro station (make sure to validate your ticket!) Worth getting the airport transfer as the driver is great and gave us a little tour of the city, introducing us to all the sites and it was a great start to the break.

Apartment building feels a bit utilitarian in the common areas. Not homey/comfy. Very thin walls, and could hear everything from very loud/noisy neighbors.

I usually prefer a hotel where I’ve got access to reception desk around the clock, having said that there were no drawbacks with arrangements at this apartment. Keys and instructions etc were easy to follow. Communication with the host was clear and prompt.

We spent a family Christmas in Prague and wanted to find somewhere we’re 5 adults (two couples and one single) could all stay together. Like any holiday booking we wanted to find somewhere that was close to the main train station and walking distance to key attractions. The apartment itself was great. Clean, reasonably spacious and with a good supply of cooking equipment and cutlery etc which were all in good condition. It was a pity that the weather limited our use of the deck which would have been a nice additional space if it was a bit warmer.

One bedroom door did not lock or stay shut.

Close to square, relatively quiet location, downstairs security was nice to feel safe. Well supplied kitchen, nice view! Washer worked well. Responsive, friendly host.

Only 2 small things: no oil, sugar, tea, coffee in the kitchen. You usually expect at least some of these things... and other thing - only 4 toilet paper rolls for 5 persons/4 days, that is not enough. Yes, and one thing we really dislike is early check-out time! I never had such experience before (check-out time is usually 11 or 12 , but here it was - 10).

The location was very good - about 20 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. Only 5 minutes to the Wenceslas square where are markets, shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, Primark, Starbucks etc. LIDL is about 10 mins walk. The beds were really comfortable, soft pillows, soft and nice blankets. The view from the balcony was amazing! The house itself is very safe, comfortable (also with baby stroller), modern. The living room is spacious with a big dining table and 8 chairs, so the apartment is great for big family or friends. There are two bathrooms and toilets that is also very good! In the kitchen there is everything you need (but you have to buy everything for cooking, even oil or sugar).

There was quite a bit of noise from the street on Friday & Saturday, especially if we had windows open to air the rooms, and we could hear people moving upstairs from some of the rooms, but that wasn’t a major issue!

Loft E was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It was also close enough to the main sights that we could walk there easily.

I honestly cannot think of anything that that would have improved our stay!

We were a group of seven men and we used the apartment as a base to see the city - we didn't actually have any meals there. The apartment was very clean and tidy, in a modern block, in a very central location. Communication with the host before the trip was very easy, via email. I would definitely use it again on any future trips and would recommend to anyone else thinking of visiting Prague.

Location is great, many restaurants within 50 meters, less than 200 meters to public transport, stores, and an easy walk to historical sites and tourists attractions. The building is modern and very accessible.

The massive pillows were not well liked unfortunately! Great if you want to sit up and read in bed but not too comfy for sleeping on - perhaps the host will change this in the future. Not a big deal - might be fine if you like big pillows I guess! They were a bit sensitive on reception about any noise in the evening - after about 8pm need to keep the noise down when coming or going as there are apparently families in the building with kids who will be in bed at this time. Fine if you are happy to be mindful of that!

We had two apartments - one was light with lots of natural light into the lounge. The other was better for hanging out in the evening as the lounge / diner area did not have natural light coming in (but it had a bigger dining table for everyone to sit at). The location was central and near to shops, restaurants etc. The beds were pretty comfy, the showers were nice and clean and hot - and everything worked! There was a coffee machine and enough basics (a pan, some cutlery etc.) for cooking. We had to get stuff like sugar for teas and coffees, buy the coffee, get cooking oil for cooking but that's fine as long as you're prepared for this. Host let us check out late which was really helpful and we were able to leave luggage in the reception area (in exchange for a discretionary tip in the tip jar for the receptionist)!

Washing machine in the apartment was not working.

A very spacious apartment suited for big families or groups. Great location in easy walking distance to everything Prague has to offer. Host was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues.

The location of the apartment is perfect, it is really close to the city center with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and nearby public transportation. We also love the size of the rooms which are big enough for 10 people. We can cook, watch TV in the living room etc. If there is something that may be improved in the future, I'd say the WiFi connection which is sometimes on and off. However, it is just a minor thing that did not really affect our stay. Overall, we love the place! Thanks a lot.

We were in an apartment on the 5th floor which is accessed via a glass walkway from the lift. If you are scared of heights, you may need to close your eyes walking over it!

Location was great - very central location with lots of restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. Property was very spacious and the beds were comfy.

Bedrooms were cold. The loft room wasn't private and not functional for our family.

Spacious, clean, well located, well appointed (thanks for the coffee machine), and killer balcony overlooking the rooftops of Prague. Romana was very responsive and her dining recommendations were spot on.
