I make three observations : I smelt the smell of egg ( or?) from my crockery or cutlery everyday at breakfast time. It's off putting. Please look into it whether washing at higher temperature would eliminate it or soaking them in disinfectant before loading them to wash perhaps? Secondly the two signs of the hotel name outside on yellow material with the name Grandium in white is not visible or prominent enough to spot the hotel on arrival. It would help the hotel and arriving guests if the white lettering can be replaced with another colour and maybe also the sign could be flood lit at night? Thirdly it would be nice to have the addition of two comfortable arm chairs in the room to read and relax in the room.

Larger bath towels!

As a group of friends who treat ourselves to a weekend away every year we have stayed at a mixture of good and not so good hotels. The Grandium was up there among the best: the warm welcome we got on arrival; the spotlessly clean, quiet and well -decorated rooms; the freshness and quality of the breakfast and the lovely, welcoming bar. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, too. We would definitely be recommending this hotel to any one who wants a clean, well- staffed hotel in a great location.

Convenient and tranquil location within 10-15 min walk from the old town center. 5 min walk from Wenceslas square & blvd. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Very pleasant hotel, clean & convenient, staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, facing the street. It was too noisy to crack open the windows at night for a bit of fresh air. The air con is there, but it only runs on auto mode. So once you set the temperature, it decides the fan speed for you, and it's nearly impossible to get it just right. Ended up either putting up with a noisy fan or sweltering through the night.

The hotel's got a great spot close to the historic center of the city. You can walk to all the main sights from there. The hotel and rooms are in nice shape and surprisingly roomy. Breakfast has a solid variety of food and drinks. There's no parking at the hotel itself, but there's a pay-to-park underground garage just around the corner.

The bedcover was a duvet and not a full bedspread, so we were often uncovered when the other rolled over. The bathroom was somewhat small. The shower was in the tub and taking a shower without some water splashing to the floor was impossible. The breakfast room was close to full capacity, the tables a little too close.

The hotel is in a great location, steps away from the large masses of people and within about 15 minutes to many places of interest The room was comfortable, but basic, not fancy. The coffee machine and kettle were nice to have. The sheets were top quality, the bed comfortable. The room was very clean. Reception spoke excellent English, so communication wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was excellent and varied with hot and cold foods.

Excellent hotel!! The location is great for attractions and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Excellent room, spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were really excellent - awesome variety and quality. We ate our main evening meal in the hotel restaurant twice - really good quality food and service - very impressed. My wife and I thoroughly recommend the Grandium Hotel Prague.

The guests who selfishly load up their plates at breakfast and leave half of it untouched, what a waste!!! Not the Hotel's fault.

Guests coming back to their rooms late were often very noisy and inconsiderate, despite a sign being placed at the lift reminding people to be quiet. I'd suggest having signs placed along the corridors.

Unfortunately, not all the staff were friendly; there were girls on the staff who responded with such anger and looked at us with terrible hatred. Of course, on the whole there were very kind and helpful people, especially the waitress Valeria was very nice and helpful

Trying very hard, I can't find anything I didn't like. Although the hotel parking was full but then just around the corner there is another parking house. So nothing to worry about.

Breakfast buffet offered variety of everything you can wish for. Room was very clean, comfortable, with filled mini bar, and suited our needs. Location is perfect, most sightseeing are reachable on walking distance. Had 2x lunch, which was also very good in presentation, service and taste.

The dinner in the restaurant wasn't very tasty, only tried it once. We were aligable for a free bed for a child but they couldn't guarantee one would be available (not clear why if you order in advance). So we took a more expansive room with 3 beds.

Our room has 1 double bed and a single bed. We were 3 persons ( 2 adults and a child ) the room is small and you can’t almost open the cabinet because the single bed was blocking it so it’s not so comfortable. The floor is not so clean and doesn’t look clean. We expect something more since it’s a “ 5 star hotel “ but I don’t think it is. We ate breakfast buffet at 6:30 and stayed there almost an hour since we need to catch up our train. The food was cold , how can it be cold early in the morning . Even the scrambled eggs, bacon etc. were cold . The food look tasty than actually it is.

Location is good , it’s just 7 minutes away from the central station. Personal were nice and friendly.
