We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandTemperature in the room was very high, it was difficult to bring down.
Beautiful renovated historical building, interiors decorated with attention to details, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and had to enter the property all by ourselves but we were guided by the the staff remotely and all went smooth. Overall atmosphere was unique and we felt very welcome.

Czech RepublicThe only problem was lake with mosquitos. Be prepared for that. Otherwise it was really great.
Apartment was really beautiful, big rooms, huge bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean. We booked two from three available apartments so we had privacy there. There is a place to sit outside, there was also a big living room. You can play billiard if you want, look around the place, park with horses. Lady (owner or staff) was soooo nice, she was always willing to heps us, to answer our questions. She even provided us some glasses and plates when we were having dinner outside. She also gaves us many recommendations.

NetherlandsOutside the season with self checkin I would certainly not recommend this hotel for persons traveling alone, who do not like the dark. Arriving at night outside the season, the experience was very dark and complex. You have to navigate a key box, a gate and an outside door in total darkness in the middel of a fairly remote park.
The location was great. The inside makes you step back a 150 years in time. The huge house only has 3 large rooms. The suite is very extensive, more like an appartement. The lake is right next to the building. The breakfast was made to order, very nice. Would be a great location for a larger party, with children
