A divided bed for a couple could be better - king size was not a king size. Temperature is adjustable slowly, as the thick walls take time to adjust the temperature, as one would expect in a castle like this.

Clean, refurbished historical building with great staff. We received a fantastic apartment with a 270-degree view of the castle and park. Very pleasant spa and spa treatments. Great selection of wines and food. Speed internet.

King sized bed was actually two Twin sized beds put together. The two mattress were sliding away from each other the whole first night which was very uncomfortable. But they fixed it for the following night after we asked them.

We stayed there after our wedding. They gave us the most beautiful room within Deluxe category. We had the only room with four poster bed. Very nice customer service. All our requests were fulfilled. Beautiful park right next to the castle. When we weren’t satisfied with something they fixed it which is one of the most important things for me as a customer.

the wellness prices - it’s fine to pay something but these prices were way too expansive. The restaurant needs to have more simple dishes as well as the menu they have. Many guests want the typical Czech meals cooked in the traditional way.The breakfast offerings could also be expanded.The makeup mirror in the room is not usable - it is too high for anormalste height female and it was also misty.No mirror over basin in second toilet.No tissues in bathroom which you would expect in a hotel of this rating.

Superb interiors, delicious food at the on-site restaurant, kind and professional staff. There's also a nice park behind the castle. Just be mindful that there is not much activity in the town.

A very rich menu of dishes, all tasty, in a nice environment - both for dinner and breakfast. Good wines in the restaurant located on the 2nd floor (wine offered in whole bottles or a glass of 1.5 dcl). Tourist attractive location (beautiful city center, historical places, 2 churches, Jewish cemetery, springs of the Moravská Dyje river, etc.).

We didn't try the restaurant, because the only vegetarian meal was a salad. I'd appreciate more veg options.

Beautiful castle surrounded by a a green park with impressive trees. Close to a woodland area where we went for long walks. Excellent place for a relaxing weekend far from the noise and stress of a city. As a minor but pleasant detail, I liked the nicely smelling soap in our bathroom.

The rooms in the annex building are clean and comfortable however there’s no AC and you can open the window since the windows are under the garden and there are no screen doors on those windows so all sort of bugs fly in. Without having an open window or AC the room is very very stuffy

Air conditioning didn’t work, so we bought a fan (it was a hot day) Booking.com showed a beautiful tub in the room, but we had a shower with a cheap shower curtain (somehow we were put in a room for disabled guests) No curtains in bathroom window - a man across the courtyard kept peeking at my wife (we fixed it by covering the window with bathrobes) No way to manually turn on the fan in the bathroom - it randomly turned on and off
