Nicely located in the middle of the village with much parking place. The environment was very quiet. Staff at the reception was friendly and professional. Nice beds and good breakfast.

No tea or coffee in the room and the pillows are very soft like everywhere we stayed. Close to Olomouc which has a beautiful centre but the area around the hotel itself didn't look very interesting. We stayed to enable us to visit Olomouc just 9km away.

The staff were excellent, the receptionists went out of their way to look after us even to the point of asking if we wanted bacon at breakfast which wasn't cooked because she knew English people liked bacon and they made some especially for us. The room was good and the hotel seemed well looked after.

There was a wedding in the Hotel the night we stayed there, so it was a bit loud in the room, but only till 1a.m.

The ceiling could was very low, so I hit my head a couple of times. The parking was not available due to a festival. Restaurant could be open longer for dinner. Closed before 9 pm.

Very clean and nice bathroom, friendly staff, food in the restaurant was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Olomuniec and there are a few restaurants around.

The room including bathroom was clean and spacious enough even with a medium to large size dog. Breakfasts were fine with quite a traditional offer. I appreciated the fresh fruit, vegetables and the multi-cereal bread and rolls, which were on offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On top of that the hotel is in a wonderful location. There is a cycling route right behind it with great suggestions of round trips both for the bikers and hikers or runners. There is also a beautifully renovated amphitheater in a park and a small square with statues by a local young artist. When you go do not skip a beer in the restaurant TVARG, gorgeous, modern, clean and tasty.

Lobby closes at 6 pm. The door for late entry does not have a light, we had to fumble with our keys.

Air conditioning is missing completely, yet all rooms are under the roof. We had just small window for fresh air. It got very hot. After 20:00 you can not call nor visit reception. If you then have some trouble, you are on your own. After 20:00 it feels less like an hotel. There are some payments for arriving after 18, for child crib, I would say pretty high ones.

i would say it is more pension rather than hotel - at 8/9 pm central door (with elevator, bar area etc.) is locked and rooms are accessable only via “back-staircase”, no personnel is present at the nightime. Also, though we stayed 5 nights, our room was serviced once. No AC in the room, so climate control is done with a help of windows and one floorstanding fan, that would not help much in hot summer days. No hairdryer nor shampoo or orher necessities - jus piece of organic soap. For the price I would expect more.

Nice location, beatiful surroundings, spatious and freshly renovated rooms, few restaurants just in a minute walk, free car park. Very friendly and helping lady at the reception. Operating minibar and tea maker within the room.
