    “Served the intended purpose of a short overnight stay very well. Great location not far from the Tegelbergbahn and Neuschwanstein. The no-contact chec-in (keys left in an envelope at reception) worked well for us. Great breakfast including the option of fresh-cooked eggs.”

    “We asked about the possibility of an early breakfast due to an early castle tour which they very kindly accommodated. We were most grateful to the staff since it meant time away from their families. Our family room was clean, functional, and the beds VERY comfortable. Also, not associated with the hotel, but we had a delicious dinner the night before at the on-site restaurant.”

    “Lovely room with a balcony with a superb view over the village and the Bavarian alps. Location ideal, in a very quiet spot just outside the village, but with only a short walk into the village for restaurants, etc. Only a short drive to Hohenschwangau for King Ludwig's castles, but away from the hoards of tourists. Wies church nearby. Excellent breakfast. Marcus and his partner were the perfect hosts.”
