Highly inconvienient. Once I've agreed with receptionist that someone will come over to let me in, he wanted to charge me for that! Now, that's cheeky!
When I called the day after to ask for some more toilet paper, the receptonist also said I should come over and pick it up myself from a place in the neighbouring village where they run another place. What a service.”
