Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe staff were so wonderful and worked around us. We were delayed arriving and were looked after despite our late arrival. The room was really clean and fun. The location was great, metro just down the road and a bar that you can drink in at the end of the road. Far enough that you can't hear the punters or music but close enough that it's a straight and safe shot back. Will definitely be returning.

NetherlandsThe music installation turned out to be a small Bluetooth speaker empty of charge, without a cable. I went to the front desk for a cable which wasn't available, so the staff member gave me the front desk's own cable and hub. Upon trying to use the TV with the advertised Netflix function I found I can only use it with my personal subscription. After the speaker charged, I wasn't able to connect through Bluetooth nor ask staff as they left 30min after I checked in. Finally I tried to connect to the Bluetooth speaker in the bathtub, which I also couldn't get to work. All-in-all it was a comfortable, cosy room and I enjoyed the IR sauna, but for the amount I paid I would've hoped to not be troubleshooting for the first hour of my stay and for the things advertised actually be there and functional. This felt very.. improvised

NetherlandsWe were greeted by an empty reception, I had to walk through the hall and what felt by luck found someone that worked there. She seemed busy, but we did arrive 30 minutes earlier so thought nothing of her not being at the reception to welcome us. She came up in a minute and greeted us in German, we made clear our German was sub-par, she however spoke not one English word to us. She gave us the code for the room as well as a key for the rack under the car, to lock if we went somewhere so we could reserve the spot. We did not get an explanation on the workings of the jacuzzi or sauna. The vault was stuck and we could not open it. We found out that the Netflix account of the previous visitors was still logged in, you would expect them to check this and have the courtesy to log it off. The bed was comfy, however when we wanted to move the blanket, we were surprised by the fact that there were two one-person blankets instead of a large one. We messaged them through the app a card on the room told us about, but no one did anything with that. When trying to find personnel to ask personally, we found no one. The next morning we went about our day and upon our return, we were once more unpleasantly surprised that the room had not been cleaned, the towels were not restocked, the dishes were not washed, blankets not renewed with larger ones, no one had been in the room. The day we left the sound of us leaving might have triggered a reaction because after a few minutes the lady working there came to 'greet' us and say goodbye. If we were not looking for a pen to fill in the review card, We would not have seen her at all.
We liked that there was a portable air-conditioning unit. There was parking in front of the busy street reserved for hotel guests (paid). The jacuzzi in line of sight for the smart tv was nice and we like the infrared sauna as well. The room was almost exactly as advertised in the pictures on the site.

GermanyWe liked everything. nothing was bad. there are a few small tiny things that might be a nice little improvement tho. In the bathroom, cups or holders for toothbrushes would be nice, aswell as footmats at the entrance of the room, as well as maybe a shoehorn for putting on shoes. besides that, our stay was perfect.
Very nice Small hotel, very good connections with a Trainstation directly next door, whirlpool was amazing, room was very spacious, rainshower nice aswell, staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, the room was furnished beautifully with love to details, as well as all the small little thoughtful things, such as a minibar with drinks and snacks, extremely comfortable Robes, Umbrellas free for use, enough towels for everything, bath salt for the wirlpool, a bluetooth music box, and a lot more, as well as the great service going beyond everything. Questions unrelated to our stay were friendly answered, and emails regarding travel tips, and such aswell.
