The heating in the hotel was a little too hot for us, we could only turn the heating down to 18 degrees in the room, and the window only opened a tad bit.

Friendly staff, always eager to help and ensure that you as the client are happy. Dinner at the Paris Club was absolutely worth it! Best meal I've eaten in ages!

we changed rooms as this was an option due to cigarette smoke in the room. we moved to the side facing the train tracks and the view we originally had of the city was much nicer.

very friendly staff and super accommodating. we travelled with a small dog and they provided us with a dog bed, water bowl and some dog biscuits. felt like the staff went the extra mile.

Had not place on the hotel parking. Impossible to book parking. During Christmas market weekend price almost 2 times higher than usual. The hotel doesn't provide any toiletries except shampoo and shower gel.

Very good breakfast. Big thanks to a manager and staff who work very hard to resupply buffet constantly during breakfast time. Nice view from to the city from the breakfast restaurant. Good comfy bed. Good shower. Warm floor in the bathroom.

It is about a 10/15 min walk to the shops and busy bars etc but that wasn't an issue for us.

I loved everything about the stay. The check in was quick and the staff at the desk (anytime I went) were so polite, happy and helpful. The lady at the coffee bar area wasn't quite open when I came downstair but was still accommodating and served me what she could. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The room was a bit of a shock - in a good way. The decor and room layout was really great. There was a vinyl player with vinyls & a free mini bar stocked with a couple beers, water, a coke and some snacks. It was on the expensive side but it is 100% worth it. They did say the sauna was open but I didn't have an opportunity to visit it. Thank you for the stay & an even bigger thank you to the staff.

- tooo noisy ventilation in the WC, poor soundproofing (lucky not to have any neighbours) - demand (!!) a room with parkview! otherwise noisy railways - no wardrobe, only 5 hangers on the wall - no door with the bathroom, no bath accessoires (cotton pads, buts, etc) - clippers&bathrode on the request at the reception (we didn't know that and no one informed) - no tea/coffee in the room - only free mini bar 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 kinder bars&chips

- a bed and pillows comfortable - dog friendly (+20€) and a huge park around - good wifi - good French resto (16th floor) - crement&oysters for breakfast wow, a French chef, good tea in teapot (a room with breakfast 161€/without 115€), cappuccino&eggs on the demand at the table - parking in the HolidayInn nearby (reserve +10min not easy to find) - in the hotel: sauna (haven't been) + rooms with a bath outside on the balcony (hello influences) - hotel/room's design is cute, with lego on the walls in our room and a bluetooth speaker lol

Room was very small. Decoration was fun but not practical. Dress hanger was in front of tv. Sink was in the room.Not seperated by any wall almost next to the bed👎👎

Not the best way to the Hotel if you go from the railway. Actually, we didn't try breakfast as it looks overpriced (26 eur). Cafe didn't work on Sunday.

The room design, repection and view are perfect. There were so many tiny things for comfortable stay. Also, there was vinyl player and records in the room.
