I was pleasantly surprised of the overall experience. The rooms are big and comfortable, the 50's theme is done in a funny and tasteful way, the breakfast is just AMAZING, breathtaking. Perfect if you go with your family. I travel to the zone often and from now on this is my to-go hotel. One of the best experiences I had in a while. 10/10

Also there happened to be a Christmas market in the city at the time of the visit and that was an experience of itself as well :) Travel by bus to the city was quick and easy to catch.

Beautiful interior, very very nicely done design! very quiet surroundings, beautiful garden view! delicious breakfast, big portions!

.Breakfast very tasty and very large. A large selection of dishes. Dinner also positively surprises with the originality of the dishes and excellent taste. In the evening, it is worth booking a table because the place is occupied to the last table. I recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

We stayed one night on our way to Italy by car, and this motel was an absolute gem. Close to the highway and centrally located. The design is fantastic, and the rooms feel fresh and clean. Breakfast was included in the price, and we could choose from a range of different dishes, included one cold and one hot drink per person. Would definetly recommend this place!

The whole 50s aesthetic please me, everything is vintage style, even managed to convertly make a flat screen tv seem vintage, the diner attached was also 50s american themed and served amazing food. Tram stop right outside the door which takes you straight into the heart of Chemnitz.

A unique and fun stay! Great rooms (book a water-tower room if it's available and you don't mind climbing a few stairs): modern, clean, comfortable and functional. Plenty of convenient parking; check-in at the restaurant is easy with a friendly team and the breakfast was great (best bacon in Europe). Definitely make a reservation for dinner in the 50's dinner; it's a popular place!

The room was spacious and pretty. Everything was in place and well designed. The tv, the radio, the pictures, all was in style. The bathroom is big and made with great taste. You could feel that you are in a place which is loved by their owners. The staff was very helpful and hosipitable.

Very quiet place despite the fact it is close to the rail station. Restaurant on place with rich and tasty American and continental breakfast. Great staff with a good English.

The breakfast at a local restaurant is famous. I definitely recommend going for dinner as well. The food is really great. location close to the center.

No doubt, the guys running this refuge did a very very good job in replicating a true American motel. Really well done! Staff was friendly. The Room up there in the 'Water tower' was very clean. So far so good. Still, 100 Euros+ per night (Breakfast not even included in this price) was a bit too steep if you ask me.
