The administration might assign you a bed in a four-bed room, but you may find that the bed is already occupied. This happened to me twice, and I had to inform the administration each time. It was quite odd—hopefully, they will check in advance in the future.

All the furniture seems to be new and the rooms are clean. The personal stuff was nice helpful:)

This hostel was used as a school trip accommodation when I stayed. I heard some noise of teenagers at night.

The only lockers are the metal "baskets" under the bed that have big holes, so not very reliable, no closet kind of lockers or storage. The top bunk is quite low, so you cannot sit up on the lower bunk. I also accidentally banged my head on the top bunk while sitting down because I didn't take it into account. You have to put on the linen yourself. The sheet had holes in it.

It's a nice neighborhood, the hostel is quiet and clean.

There was no water for shower last two mornings, they mentioned technical issues but this was a terrible issue as guests.

The food and drink offer maybe was a little too scarse, but the staff were very nice.

The room had little people to share the facilities with. It was clean, was equiped with a toilet inside and overall the place was pretty confy. The place was well located, near the city center and very close to the concert venue.

The door of the shower room was a bit wet when we arrived. The location was not too bad, but for those who carry heavy luggage, having to take a crowded underground tram from Hbf and then walk for 8 min is I think a bit tough.

Overall it was exceptional for its price! The beds were clean, the room was big enough for two people and the staff were very nice to us. There were a small table and some chairs placed next to the beds which we felt were very useful to share some snacks and drinks together on.

Unfortunately I am basing my review off of a comparison between this and a&o Stuttgart City. That is why I have to give it a lower score. The price is a bit higher than in Stuttgart and it's further away from public transport. Those two things don't mean much on their own, but also the bed and blanket were stained, and I also received (and had to exchange) dirty sheets twice.

The price was very affordable. Overall, it's definitely an option to consider for budget reasons, if you can look past the small problems.

The staff just need to smile a little more, especially to non-european visitors, like myself.

All hostel/hotel amenities were fantastic, the small cosy lobby was vibrant and rich. The place is clear, very well designed and the breakfast was fairly various.

After first day stay i found that my money was stolen. All my motivation is gone on thls trip. In Germany you cannot get respond from government& authorities if you had any problem and apply for a problem.(And you are responsible for everthing.) Keep your wallets passports with you even you go to the toilet or bathroom. I put them under my pillow and went to bath for 5 min. The thief at list left some money for me to survive this trip. More than 100 abroad travels first time i had this kind of problem. (It will not be hostel problem in general when you apply for a problem 😀)

Shower more powerful (maybe thats just a personal preference) Couldnt split the bill between the 15 people or even by room - had to pay it all on one card - didnt state that before booking as far as We could see.

Decent sized room - beds ok - seperate shower and toilet very useful. Plenty of space for 4 people. Towels and bedding decent.

In general the room was clean, but there was a dust on beds details. And I didn't understand why only two out of six beds were made.

We liked our room, a kid's corner and billiard. Very friendly people work here.

There was one receptionist that should not have been there. He was dismissive and unhelpful. I was feeling that I was bothering him, I think it should not be that way.

It was clean and tidy. Not so far from public transport. Most of the receptionists was happy to help.
