Not clean, broken furniture, unpleasantly warm, breakfast not ready in time

This place was suggested to us from another facility on Bookings.com when they cancelled our booking at short notice. 1st room we were given had a lot of issues, shower had no tiled step -meaning water from shower flooded all around toilet and bathroom, completely soaking floor mats, TV -didn't work at all-not set up, WIFI was poor and had to use our own paid WIFI to be able to communicate with family. Was then moved to another room on the other side on day 3, Still no working TV set up again (yet is stated in booking that streaming /TV is available),WIFI was a bit better ,would have to keep logging in. The Cleaners - have a habit of knocking quickly and barging into our room while we are in it, although they want to give towels or floor mats ,this was upsetting as I don't appreciate a man barging into my room, first time i was in bed and luckily had a tee-shirt on when he dropped off towels, 2nd time my husband and i had come out of shower were not dressed ,the cleaner knocks ,tries to force his way in and enter and my husband had to shut the door and stand behind it as he kept pushing the door! People don't always want clean towels every day, and in some cases ,only bath mats were changed not towels for the 2nd room that didn't have flooding problems. Cleaner didn't speak German or English -so maybe a sign for guests to put on their doors advising if they want clean towels or not ,instead of barging into our room and invading our privacy.

Breakfast choices where delicious -(Eggs cooked the way you like, yoghurt, sliced cheese, meat, bread, coffee, tea, juice) check in staff, customer service staff /kitchen staff were lovely ,particularly when I had Laryngitis and husband had a head cold. Very easy going and tried their best. Mentioned to me they came into ownership of adjoining premises which had refurbishment problems making it difficult for warranty/repairs but moved our room when we let them know of the problems we faced.

The toilet was not 100% clean. I found hairs on the toilet seat. In the evening there was no hot water in the room. It was already 23.30 and I was already in the shower so I just took a cold shower. I paid 12 euro for breakfast. There was a large group in the morning before I came and they ran out of yoghurt. If you are expecting a large group then you stock up in advance. There was also no bacon. Just eggs. The coffee on the other hand was very good. However, for 12 euro I expected a bit more choice.

Close to the autobahn. Ample free parking space. Good wifi coverage.

Smell in the house is very "smokey" Room was not what was booked on booking Not very clean room and toilet was not clean and used (room was open when entered) Close by some kind of "house room or kitchen" where much noise came from at 2330 in evening.

Quick contact with reception late in the evening with request to have a room which was available on Booking. After confirmation booked smoothly and got information on how to enter building and room. Parking outside is enough spaced

We were put in rooms far apart when we checked in. we asked for rooms close together and got them after a long hard conversation. the staff was not on site 24 hours a day like they had told us when we checked in.

Both washbasin and shower soap dispensers empty, luckily I had my own. No bedside light, so had to use my handy torch. Room could be cleaner.

The room size was large, the bed was comfy, it was quiet. Breakfast was OK. Parking free and outside the hotel. Location good for the Autobahn.

There didn’t seem to be any hot water in our bathroom.

The hotel is good for travelers needing a stop before hitting the road again the next day. Breakfast is cheap and pretty good. The manager was extremely friendly and was kind enough not to charge my children for breakfast as they didn’t eat much.

No air conditioning. The ground floor windows were literally next to the parking lot, so with the warm weather (and open windows to try and get air) you could hear absolutely everyone coming and going. Beds were really soft. Room could have been clearer.

There was adequate parking and it was relatively close to town and the highway. Breakfast was an extra 5 Euros, but well worth it!

The room I was staying had a weird smell in it (sort of sewers smell) and I slept with open window.

Location was perfect for me, as I had trainings in a building next door. Breakfast was in time I asked for and was fitting and bigger then I could eat. The room was very big for a single person, but ideal for a sleep-over. Hosts were very nice and friendly :)

Seems like the owners DIY instead of hiring professionals. Because not much works. Internet is bad or non-existent in many rooms. Plumbing stinks like sewage even though bathroom is "clean". Hot and cold taps mixed up. Tiling in bathroom lets water flow out of the shower all over floor of room. Greasy surfaces in room. They use a lot of air spray to mask smells.

Broken TV, broken toilet roll holder, broken bathroom shelve, broken sink lid -very difficult to open to drain the sink ( easy to get blocked)
