Room was bit too simple and plain for my taste, furniture a bit dated. It didn’t look as charming as on the photos.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had trouble switching the lights off completely at night. In the early morning hours there was noise from another building nearby, but bearable. Staff were very friendly. I would appreciate a kettle for making tea and not only coffee. The bottle of water was appreciated. I think it is great that you can choose room service not to come every day, better for the environment.

Instead of a double bed we had two single beds pushed together, which although fine most of the time, they separated a little so there was a bit of a gap which was inconvenient.

It was gorgeous! Situated just off the river and a 5 min walk from lots of transport, it was ideal for our city break. I loved the size of the room, the comfort and the little coffee machine in our room too!

Lower the price of breakfast!

Very nice, clean, well-appointed 4-star riverside hotel; Berlin metro is a short walk. Did not use their restaurants, just because we were out and about, and breakfast was said to cost 25 euros, which is too pricey for any breakfast.

Two elements which could be improved : no fridge in room to keep drinks cold. Pillows were too soft. No other pillow available in the room.

Poor wifi.. even after I changed rooms. Practically non-functional a/c. Low staffing in the evening/night. The person at the front desk told me nobody could come up to check the a/c and wifi in my room as he was alone and had to man the desk.

Room stayed warm after hot days and didn't cool down until late at night. Was told by staff that it was normal. Just made it hard to get to sleep.

This is an amazing place to stay. The interior of the rooms is not the most modern but it's more than great. The view from the river rooms is outstanding! The hotel room is in an area that has so many options and facilities around. The staff is as good as it gets! Probably if you want a special option for you stay in Berlin this is definitely what you need!

The hotel didn't make a good plan for me to stay before my check in time even when I informed them I was to arrive earlier than scheduled. I had to stay out till afternoon before I was allowed into my room.

Fantastic Location. Great Breakfast. They go that extra mile to make sure that they're guests have the most comfortable sleep possible. There is a menu in the room of everything from warm milk and honey to different kinds of pillows and blankets. I found this a very nice touch.

Very slow service in bar,no background music ,felt maybe bar staff only liked you being there if you were having meals.Air conditioning was useless.

5 min walk to nearest train station,Bellevue which is on main line to airport S9,1 stop to main train station .Didn’t have meals in hotel,very expensive.Supermarket /cafe/bakery on ground floor of same building as hotel was very good.Had breakfast there.6€ for 2 coffees and 3 croissants as opposed to 25€ breakfast each in hotel.Staff at hotel friendly and helpful.Free early checkin and late checkout when we asked while there
