at night on Sunday day they lock the door and do not have staff on sight. they give a key to those coming and going 11:30 pm - 6 am. one person had no way of getting in and banged on the door for 90 min in the middle of the night.! May not happen often but when it does it is really disruptive to sleeping.

phenomenal location, clean and super-comfortable bed! Staff are so helpful too.

I loved absolutely everything

everything is new, the room had a beautiful and stylish design, with a good taste, it was very clean and smelled nice. the room was really spacious with all kind of facilities you might need: coffee machine, tea pot, iron, music and radio player, and more. the team left a personal welcoming note for me in the room :) the team are really professional and nice.

Loveliest staff who made excellent recommendations for activities, restaurants, and shopping. Really interested in my having a rewarding visit. Also offered help/suggestions re transportation and walking. The hotel has a warm , zen, and inviting atmosphere with supreme cleanliness and comfortable beds. The location is primo!

Upon our arrival we noticed that there was a bad smell in the room that was located on the 1st floor, the person in the reception apologized and explained that they are doing renovations and probably something went wrong, he than moved us to a room on the 5th floor. The day after the elevator broke and until the end of our stay (4 nights) it wasn’t fixed… We would expect the management of the hotel to ofer some sort of compensation for that happening but no one talked to us or even apologized.

The location is perfect, lots of very good cafes & restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, also the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from public transport (Tram , bus, underground and the suburban train. The hotel staff was welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, we slept very well.

The lift was broken on our last day but was being repaired as we left. These things happen.

Lovely hotel within reasonable walking distance to sights and transport links for further afield. Comfortable rooms with very nice beds and clean, warm bathrooms. We were greeted on the first morning of our stay with a Lindt chocolate Santa at our door and there was a wonderful couple of books in our side table that were available for purchase at reception. A lovely touch and a good read. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the breakfast set up looked very nice and there was a good variety of food.

Perfect location, lots of nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel, walking distance to much of central Berlin. Clean and very comfortable bed and bathroom. Very good size.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Adelante is exceptional. The room is spacious, modern and immaculately neat and tidy. The staff are very personable and helpful. It is located in a wonderful location - close to all the action, but on a quiet street to you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, and I’m a very picky person

the rooms are spacious and at least the yard-facing room was super quiet. the location was also great, within short walking distance from three different metro stations, that gave a fast connection wherever in the city I went to. overall I had a great stay - the hotel is great, the room was great, the staff was great and the food was great!

Room was a bit dark, I was on a lower floor, but not too much lighting. But everything else was great.

I brought my xs dog, I paid a small fee, but hotel employees were very accommodating, even welcoming with a dog bed and food. That is exceptional, hardly ever happens anywhere else. So I loved that. I kept on adding days to my booking, I didn't have to change rooms. Location is good, definitely developing with nice restaurants, and stores, not far from Hauptbahnhof. Easy subway access. I did not eat breakfast at hotel so can't comment on that.

It was quiet, spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Both the room and the bathroom were a good size and well maintained. The location is good, with excellent local restaurants and cafés. We would definitely stay here again.
