The apartment was too crammed for 3 adults to share. The hotel policy did not include cleaning daily. It was only once in 3 days that too the basic cleaning which had to be booked in advance, without changing the bed linens.

The apartment was very close to the exhibition centre hence was easy for us to commute. The apartment had a kitchenette and a washing machine which was helpfull.

I would have loved to have a pool/sauna within the hotel.

The location, staff, breakfast buffet, Gym facility and room were all very nice.

The bar was closed and my shower drain was clogged so the water filled it up very quickly.. The apple TV in my room didn't work for the first 3 days and i couldn't find my ironing machine in my room. All these issues got fixed, however it is a small remark to keep in mind for future progress toward excellence.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was ready to fulfill any of your special requirements. The lobby bar was closed which was a bit of of bummer but well it is what it is.. The location is very convenient as the Skyliner plasa - big shopping mall is situated right next to the hotel. Messe Frankfurt is also wlaking distance which is a bug bonus if thats the purpose of your travel:)

The rooms could be cleaned every other day instead of every third.. I understand that it is a part of the green policies but it is something guests should know in advance and have the possibility to choose for themselves. Everything else was amazing.

The room was excellent, wifi worked seamlessly and the staff was super nice. The rooms are cleaned every third day so if you prefer - let the staff know in advance - came as a small surprise to me but definitely something that could have been avoided. The breakfast was incredible and the gym was a nice addition although it isn't too well equipped.

It was a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the station with luggage, but as long as the weather is good, it’s not a big issue.

Staying in an apartment within the modern hotel system was convenient. The staff were friendly and even offered luggage storage after checkout. The surroundings felt safe with many newly built buildings, and it was possible to go jogging in the park in the morning. The room was warm, the hot water ran well, and the view was excellent. The sofa bed didn’t unfold into a full bed, but it was spacious enough for one person to sleep comfortably.

We book the an Adina appartment every year, around the same time. The appartments are very clean and are equipped with everything you need. They are spacious and the layout is practical. In (some) appartments for 4 persons, there are also 2 bathrooms. If you are visiting Frankfurt for the Fair, the location is perfect! Also, nearby the Skyline Plaza mall, which is a big plus. I don't have nothing negatief to say about the staf; very friendly, very helpfull. See you all next year!

- heating system was through a central ventilation, even we turned off, you can hear the noise from other apartments. If turned off, super noisy. - location was central, but we would suggest to avoid walking through the bahnhofsviertel…

The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay which is essential for us as we travel with the baby and the dog. It is the second time we choose Adina and it is a very good choice, also price/quality-wise.

Good sized room, very comfortable bed, handy location with nearby shops and close to station. On the downside, being close to the station means there are some undesirables hanging round, wise to stick to the main streets walking in the area.

The only issue we had was with the room temperature, our room was always too warm, climate control wouldn’t go below 21 degrees. Had to sleep with the windows open (in December) in order to be comfortable.

Room was exactly like the photos, well equipped with a compact kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Great central location, easy to get to from anywhere in the city, just one metro stop away from the central station.
