The view was bad, but it could have been worse in Frankfurt. This city is not for viewshoppers, it is for business stays. Found some unknown pills from previous visitor on the bathroom floor :)

The bathroom gets easily wet since there is no phisical barrier on the floor. Therefore, pay attention when you take showers.

requested for a parking at the time of booking and they confirmed the request. However, at the time of check in the front line staff initially told that all the parkings were reserved and provided a very small parking barely managed to fit in the car. However, it was resolved on the following day.

Excellent location next to the mall and well maintained with all the necessary facilities. Front staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider staying again in the same hotel in my next visit to Frankfurt.

It was quite expensive for 1 night but that was also generally the price it seems for Berlin at the time.

The apartment was clean and large and comfortable. The property was conveniently located next to Skyline Plaza mall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The cleaning lady on 6/7 floor 5 was very bad and rude to us and did not clean the apartment on the same day

Moved a bed to the wall and was disgusted to see the huge amount of dirt and used/dropped articles under the bed. Kids played behind curtains and there was a layer of dirt in the windows. Clearly they only clean in the most visible places. Furniture had so many stains and appeared well used despite a fairly modern design. No dishwashing or laundry soap provided which was less convenient to use the room facilities.

It turns out that the area around Frankfurt central station is really, really rough. We arrived by train and walked to the apartment, which was educational - but once you know that, you can come and go by using the metro station at Festhalle, and avoid the bad bits.

The apartment was good, and the place lived up to the online photos. We'd arranged to drop our luggage off early, and that went well.

The check-in experience is very unpleasant. The front-desk guy seemed reckless and dull, helpless. And the check-in process took so long, even though we had already pre-paid everything on Booking.com.

1. The location is quite good, 5 minutes walk to the Messe underground station where the Conference center is, and Adina is just next to Skyline Plaza has a supermarket and Starbucks, etc. 2. The apartment suite is cozy and spacey, with a well-equipped kitchen that has 2 electro-stoves, a microwave, and an oven, plus laundry. 3. The parking guy is very nice and helpful.

You are not allowed to connect a HDMI cable to the TV. Theoretically, you could stream from you PC through the TV menus, but this function did not work at all. The staff were not very helpful at all. They did not seem open to suggestions about how to satisfy both their needs (less broken TVs) and my needs (being able to stream content from my Windows PC).

The rooms are comfortable and large. You also have a kitchen and a wash machine, both of which are really helpful. The location is very convenient - close to the main train station and right next to a large shopping center. The next tram is located five minutes away and takes you to another main part of town.

I arrived about two hours before check-in. Other establishments are usually flexible and allow an early check-in. Adina requested an early check-in fee. I understand the charge if a guest wants to check in, for example at 08:00 as opposed to at 15:00. However, if the room is available, a charge for an extra hour or two for a guest that is staying for weeks seems petty.

I stayed at Adina for just over two weeks. The apartment has all the amenities you require for a medium-term stay. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff were always friendly and willing to assist. The location is excellent - close to the U-Bahn and next to a shopping mall for groceries and food.
