Apparently there was a small fire incident with its sauna facilities earlier this year and so the hotel facilities like pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym were closed. Also the corridors along our second floor had the smoke fire smell which was somewhat in our rooms too. Would have preferred to be made known about this upfront before booking.

Location is good. Walking distance to townhall and wharf area. It’s quiet on the weekends as it’s mostly offices around.

Our room had a broken heater and phone line. On the heater situation, despite flagging this on our first day, we didn't get the issue resolved immediately and had to spend our first night with a cold air. Not a pleasant experience, we had to re-flag this again in the morning with a different reception person to get this addressed.

Child friendly (spacious place to store your stroller, elevator, baby changing toilet on the ground floor), really well situated with close proximity to main shopping streets, they also have 24/7 reception which is helpful for late check-in or early check out.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely modern hotel with great facilities, we were able to do laundry and make our own breakfast in the kitchen. Nice view of the brick warehouses. Excellent location in walking distance of the train station, old town and Elbphilharmonie.

A bit tight for 3 people.

Room has kitchenette with washer and dryer. There's kettle and coffee machine too. There's bay window where you can sit. We put our bags there since we need space to put our luggages. There's restaurants nearby. There's parking area and lift in hotel.

The property was located in a great central location. Everything was easily reachable on foot. The room had everything your heart could desire including a washer/dryer combo and a fully stocked kitchenette. The front desk had a good selection of snacks and drinks at the front desk.

The facilities are excellent, the Studio is spacious so well fitted, everything you need is there. The windows are very thick so you hardly hear the street noise. WiFi is very good too. The location is great too, walking distance from main station and everything really.

The smell of fire allover in corridors and elevator, but I believe soon it will be removed.

We have visited this hotel before in our trip, and booked it for the return journey, knowing aklready what to expect. At check-in we were told that there was a fire in a hotel resently, so the wellness was not working (and it was not relevant for us), but we felt a very strong smell of fire in the room we were offered. The staff had offered us another room on another floor where it was ok. I need to say that it was a good example of professional staff, that was honest to us and resolved our request quickly.

Acoustical isolation from corridor is not very good. You hear loud voice in corridor and door closing noise. Sofa was with spots of liquid, would not seat on that. Hair on the bed.

Everything you might need is inside. Fully rquiped kitchen, even if very small. Professional staff and quick check-in.

Very nice room with all the comforts of an apartment. Only 15 min walk to the central station, and 10min to the city center.

Short stay in Hamburg…another couple days would be perfect.

Location, it is very near to city center and quay side. Spacious, very clean and well organised room and bathroom. Very comfort bed and matrix and good WiFi reception.. The lobby bar and restaurant are very cozy, just perfect for a drink or supper after a long walk around city. Haven’t tried breakfast but it looked delicious and rich. All the staff throughout our stay were very very gentle and assisting and had very warm welcome. Have kept and locked our staff during early check in and check out. Thank you all ladies and gents
