The price for parking per day on a spot provided by the hotel is quite expensive

The room was perfect and had everything one could need. The location is also perfect because it is only a short walk away from the city center. The staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to help and the property was always clean and surprisingly quiet (even though it is located next to a busy road) all through our stay.

There was nothing overall with this hotel that i disliked and to clarify i would stay again for sure. My only small comment would be that the breakfast which you can pay for was a bit highly priced for what you get. I don't think its worth what they charge and a breakfast outside would be both cheaper and nicer.

Staff were very friendly, for 25 euro I was able to check in early which was very much welcomed given I had such an early flight and arrived at 8am. I also had a late flight leaving and again for a small charge i could have a late check out which was great!

Air con didn't work. So the room was pretty warm. It's great to have a little shop at reception. But, I would say it's overpriced. 2 small bottles of water cost 8 euro. There are plenty of supermarkets around. Just make sure to go before they close at 9pm.

The apartment was very comfortable and modern. It was great to have a washer dryer in the room. Much appreciated after several days of travelling. The bathroom was large and spacious. Didn't get the chance to use the pool and sauna. But it's great to have access to this.

Nice apartment hotel with fully functioning kitchen (stove, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine). There is also pool and sauna which is rare in such central location.

The air-conditioner was quite loud. The access to the bathroom through bedroom which might be inconvenient if you are staying as a family. The unpleasant thing I would like mention is the situation during check in. The type of the apartment we had booked was supposed to be on the high floor, but we have been checked into the room on the 3rd floor first. When I asked about the higher floor, according to the room description,I have been told, they are fully booked and that's all they can offer. Surprisingly there were at least 2 apartments of the same type available on Booking, which I told them. After that somehow the apartment on the 6th floor has been found for us.

The Premier Apartment we booked was spacious enough and well equipped for a family stay of 4 nights. Kitchen had everything for regular cooking, there was a washing machine to do laundry. Cleaning was really good. Location is excellent for visiting the city center and Hafen City.

The fuse blew when I used the washer dryer.

I didn't eat the breakfast because the rest of my family staying in the same hotel, hadn't ordered it & we ate every morning together at a cafe. I still had to pay for it.

The wooden,steel framed chairs at the breakfast table were very uncomfortable to use.

The WiFi was honestly terrible. If you are going to need WiFi I would reconsider this hotel. Bring ear plugs! I booked ages in advance to stay for 10 nights and they assigned me one of the worst rooms in the hotel which I thought that was very poor form. Warning: do not accept rooms 109, 215, 315, 415, 515, 615 or 715. They are right opposite 3 lifts. You can hear the beeps of it on every floor never mind when it opens on your actual floor. It’s awful. My request to change room because of the noise was handled very confusingly and no assistance with moving stuff and kept giving me the wrong new room key and wrong new room being assigned. My new room was an improvement size and noise wise. But the walls / ceilings are just very thing throughout. Never have I stayed in a hotel that I could hear the person above me sneeze / blow their nose / snore and cough…..

Pool and gym were a super addition! Fantastic location. However the highlight overall was the African bar tender who offered amazing friendly customer service and the best espresso martini I have ever had! He was the highlight of the stay.

Bed was firmer than I prefer, which is a matter of taste. Took some time to find the instructions for the appliances which were provided but not where I'd at first thought to look. No other issues.

Spacious apartment, easy walking to town centre, canals, restaurants. Good facilities. Clever storage in kitchenette. Washer dryer provided.

The cooling of the room was not working properly. We told them and they helped us to fix it with a portable AC.

The kichenette was really useful, and I liled the gym and the location too.

There was no car park sign and it’s difficult to find the entrance of the car park, cannot drive in to the main reception. It’s a bit pricey for what it is.
