The spa area was disappointing because there are no separate showers. You basically have to take a shower after sauna naked infront of others :/

The location and the hotel, in general, were superb. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the rooftop bar and the spa and wellness facilities. The view was also stunning. I would certainly return in the future.

They seemed to have trouble with housekeeping, and although it got better each day we were there I was never very impressed with the cleaning ( the rugs and floors never seemed to be vacuumed) with a crawling baby you know .

Staff was incredible, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The swimming pool area was great. The location and view were spectacular!

Could not find anything that I disliked. However the operation of the tv was a little strange: No tv channels.... Had to use Chromecast from one of my mobile devices. This wasn't a problem, as it ensured my choice of programs and language.

Excellent location for transportation links from München Ostbahnhof. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room facilities (Studio and apartment): both superbly equipped. Parking in underground carpark with direct access to hotel.

We loved everything. Close to public transport....5 minutes to tram, underground and trains. Very clean and the unit had everything we needed. We were on the 21st floor and had fabulous views. Reception is on the 14th floor. You're in Eastern Munich and not far from where the trams stop, there's a lovely older area with some cafes, shops and bars. The hotel also has a lovely bar. As other reviews have said, yes you can see sheep grazing on a rooftop lawn..The kitchenette was well set up an I was so happy they provided a plunger and plunger coffee. Thank you, a special touch.

Water pressure during morning hours is really bad, almost impossible to take a shower between 7-8am.

Perfect location, everything is clean and nice, cleaning staff works perfectly. Would give 10 points, but water pressure let us down.

we had the most wonderful view of the city ,they gave us a early checkin , especially Sara at front desk and Amanda who was looking after the rooms, were very accommodating considering our long international travel. if back in Munich will stay here. the food street around the hotel is superb especially the thai food just delicious .thanks for making our stay so wonderful

Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable. Air conditioner could be better. Westerly prospect makes the room quite warm even in Autumn. A fruit knife would be useful. A selection of pillows would be nice.

Interesting location. Not touristy. Great transport connections - train, bus, tram. Washing machine/dryer. View. Kitchen. Staff friendly. Enjoyed staying in this part of Munich.

Excellent location, our room had the best view of the ferris wheel (we were right beside the top of the ferris wheel). For less than Eur300 we got a huge room with a sala and working area, a huge balcony, kitchenette with small dishwasher, plus small washing machine.

The non-refundable early bird booking price turned out 120 Euro more expensive than the current price (at the time of our stay). The TV stand was broken in our room, but we didn’t need it anyway.

Rooms were spacious and modern with comfortable beds and a big shower. It had a stylish rooftop terrace bar, a panoramic restaurant and a nice wellness area. There were plenty of restaurants around. The Ostbahnhof and U-Bahn were only 5 minutes away.

Bathroom door was not working properly but we did not notify the hotel until check out. Air conditioning could have been cooler. I wish European hotels would provide face cloths :)

Did not purchase the breakfast but our friends did and said it was wonderful. We loved looking out at the rooftop "farm" with chickens and sheep. Great view and decor. Walked to restaurants, has a stellar bar, right near the train station.

hotel is new and looks great. I liked the pool on 15th floor and the bar, also on open air on 15th floor. we had two interconnected rooms for family stay and it was very comfortable. I liked the washing machine with dryer! hotel is surrounded by revitalised factory with many restaurants and french cafe - great for mornings and evenings. We went to center by car and it was ok.
