The garage for parking the cars is too small. We arrived in the evening and didn't get the parking place in it.

We liked the room and all equipment in it. It's wonderful that all the rooms have kitchenettes with spacious fridges, dishwashers and even washing machines.

There were no instructions or way to get instructions for the microwave/combination oven, or the washing machine. We ended up downloading instruction manuals and YouTubing videos. Initially a staff member was sent up to help but he wasn’t sure either. This is something that could be added to the smart tv instructions for guests. Regarding that, somebody was being welcomed on the screen who was not us from five months before - it looked like they need some significant updating of their system for in-house guests. The staff were efficient but not uber friendly and not much local knowledge aware or interested in finding out for you. Tourism 101 - have the leaflets and a bit of knowledge about the hop-on hop-off buses or be prepared to find out.

Good mattress, well equipped apartment, serviced well. It is next door to the amazing Germanise National Museum - a wonder you will need a day at least to explore. An Aldi not far away for supplies next to a fascinating square with incredible sculpture/fountain.

My room had a lot of stains: on the walls, on the curtains, on the bedside table. Given the amount you pay and the way the hotel presents itself, you'd expect better cleaning standards. That the hotel cannot provide a fully equipped gym is understandable, but dumbbells heavier than 10 kg would be nice to have. I had asked for only one cleaning during my 5 night stay, but on one day, on which they were not supposed to clean my room, the cleaners knocked on my door and immediately entered. Then realizing their mistake they apologized, but I still find it unacceptable for cleaning staff to just enter the room the second they stopped knocking.

Great location, beautiful rooms. Swimming pool is actually large enough for swimming lanes. Great rooftop terrace.

I had taken my partner there for a birthday surprise which the hotel staff prepared nicely for. I had requested some decorations, flowers, champagne and cake. I liked the amount of effort that the staff put into making this a pleasant stay for us. What I didn’t like was that when we sat down for breakfast, the lady in charge of the breakfast area did not exercise any discretion in bringing out the cake. She asked, in front of my boyfriend, whether I ordered a “surprise” birthday cake and if she should bring it out now. I tried to signal to her that he was sitting right there and to please not spoil the surprise for him but she continued. Now, it is not a very big issue but it was a bit disappointing for me and also for him that the cake surprise was ruined. But other than that, I liked everything else about our stay.

The breakfast was really good and had a good assortment of food to choose from.

The roof-top bar of the hotel was closed during our stay.

The room was very comfortable for two people, with a small kitchen. The king-sized bed was also very comfortable and the blackout blinds were appreciated. Breakfast was good. The location of this hotel was great, everything within walking distance.

Suggestions: Please provide body lotion and hair conditioner (not just body gel and shampoo). Bathrobe and slippers could also be included in the room, rather than upon request.

Excellent location within the old town. Big room with washing machine (drying function is more like 2 extra spins, not fully dry). My room also came with a Nespresso equivalent machine, with pods included. Laundry and dishwashing detergents were provided. Duty manager Lisa was a real angel. She allowed us to check in early without extra cost, loaned me an adaptor (when mine couldn't fit) and provided lots of help (from booking a taxi to helping to stow our luggages). Housekeeping staff were also pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. Buffet style with wide selection of food (breads, cold cuts, hot food), beverages and juices, yogurt, etc. Very good. There's also a spa - a small indoor pool and sauna. I didn't use these facilities as there were families using it, and I didn't have time to wait. We'll definitely stay here again if in Nuremberg, and will look out for other Adina apartment hotels in other cities/countries. Very good experience! 😃

Our room was on the first floor, which meant that we had some noise in the night from sirens and cars. But it wasn’t too bad.

Great hotel for a family. Room was spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped and having a washing machine is very handy with a toddler. The pool area was great too. Good buffet breakfast.

One lady in the staff was no really polite The hotel charged 20 euros per person for the breakfast They also only mentioned the restaurant was closed when we checked in. Should have mentioned earlier The parking spots are also super tiny, and makes it quite hard if you have a bigger car

The room was very clean except for the shower grate, built up soap grime. Needs a good scrub. Surprising given the standard of the rest of the facilities.

Great location within the old town. Quiet, spacious studio. Washing machine/dryer in the kitchen which is great while traveling. Good kitchen facilities, we were only there 2 days but would be comfortable for a longer stay.
